The app has potential, however, the fact that you need to pay to go further than the registering process, without any kind of trial periods or free features makes it useless. I will not pay for it without previously try it, given all the horrible feedback the app/company has (either here or trustpilot).

Match as an app is essentially a very expensive version of plenty of fish. People send so many messages very few are thoughtful. The people in the adverts are also 100% more attractive than anyone on the site. Just don't waste your money. Use one of the free apps!

Search is pointless as it gives people far too far away, it is really not much different to the free apps. When I used this site a few years it felt genuine this time round feels a bit cheap and tacky but certainly isn't cheap! That said I used main site before which does seem more advanced than the app but overall quite disappointed.

So good so far but I think an icon should appear to enable you to remember if you've viewed a member or not...some don't match personal criteria so this would help. Or a button to delete them from you viewing perhaps.

Have found it expensive, & really not serviced as well as should be,ie warnings to be given for females! Yes I guess all men want sex, but it's embarrassing for a first date! Surely there must be a way for women t feel safer., knowing the people on this site, how long, any feed pls, I have had 2 dates. & I wouldn't go on another this site!

You can only correspond with paying member. There is also no way to know who is a paying member and who isn't. Your membership is automatically renewed and you aren't allowed to cancel within 2days of deadline. Cheap tricks. Fellas. Enjoy one more bloody membership fee on me. That's the last time I will be ever spending a penny on any product from your company. Oh and customer service sucks. So my advice - stick to anything but this. Really.

Cannot edit tag line or personal add. Have to write from scratch. Cannot delete profiles from Favourites. Some weird profiles on my favourites that I would not consciously put there. Section "My Favourite Things " read differently on the web version hence if written on the app doesn't make sense on the web. Cannot read everything written on the middle section ( job; holidays; favourite things). Not possible to click on it to read beyond the the 4/5 lines on display. Hope this helps.

Most suggested matches are so far away that there's no realistic possibility of forming any meaningful relationship. Which surely is the whole point of subscribing!? A lot of money for the same level of luck as winning the lottery.

Please please please stop refreshing the page. I just want to browse. Every time I I click on the a profile, come out of it, I'm taken back to the beginning. This is so frustrating - I keep seeing the same girls over and over again.

It not bad but u can send message n if they havnt payed they dont get seen so it make it harder to talk plus u sud put a coloured dot on every profile u have veiwed as i keep forgetting who iv viewed and stop refreshing the page everytime o click on a profile when i cone of it iv bin sent to tbe top of the page i want to browse other than that its good

Watch out for the auto subscribe scam. The app does not make it clear how to unsubscribe, and they'll take your money against your will and refuse to give it back. App also doesn't work well.

Wow I have not been subscribed for 72 hours and 185 women have viewed my profile. Looks like even this app has it robots. Seams to have loads of in active profiles and I've even come across a boy 30 fake pelrofiles that chat with you and after a few days they start asking for money. Don't waist your time with the date nights they put on its always on a week night so if you work you can never get their and they want you to lay for some nights with out even telling you wear they are till 24 hours before the date.

I am shocked by the number of fake profiles. If I can spot the con artists why can't the managers of the site? Oh I know...it makes money!!

It is way to expensive to subscribe. I know this is to try and stop nasties getting through but it also stops genuine people that dont have much money joining

It needs an overhaul.. not good value for money considering the matches you get could be twice your age or from any country but this one!

Im getting mail from people from abroad. I am only interested in meeting people within a 25 mile radius from my area . Pointless putting most of these profiles on

No value for money. Don't waste time and use free ones. No matches, it's just slow and quiet, not sure people are actually still alive

Ability to see 'views' too inaccessible. Obviously done to male way for increased profile of 'events' (so they can make more money off you). Also, a really useful feature would be to see 'last online'

I really don't like not being able to see who matches with me or send messages without paying. I don't even know if they're going to reply

App works great, almost better than the website! I'm a subscribed user and you can definitely see a difference in the user base compared to free dating services. This is good if you want genuine dating and serious relationships, but probably not for those who just want a hook-up

Im getting winks from girls ive winked but not getting a notification that they have even viewed me or winked me-and they are not even active on the site! So they havnt winked

Not bad but even though you have subscribed it often will not let you use the app unless you are subscribed and when you try to subscribe it just tells you that you can't subscribe. Basically the writers of the site have tested it for about 10 minutes

Rip off load of sh#te charge a minimum £120 for men & women get same "benefits" for free. Don't bother enough sites that offer same "benefits" for free

It's on the free dating app but it's not free can't see who has viewed you or winked at you you have to pay for it all.

The search functionality is terrible I live in a city I do a search and there's maybe 10 profiles that show up that are in my city then it's 50+ miles away seams to only show people that are online at that specific moment in time

Too expensive for what it is. I set up a profile last night, to see what it was about - I have been matched with a guy looking for someone between 19-29 I am 35, & another looking for someone who is either black or hispanic, I am white. Glad I haven't paid. Shocking!

Is worst than any free app. Is impossible to manage your account afterwards.

Scammers! No warning about renewal. Ripped me off! I've now paid £90 for a site I no longer use. They refuse to refund my money. Do not use!

Never get notified about anything. The chat is pretty disfunctional with duplicate messages, loads of bugs you wouldn't expect from a popular app and half the functionality as the website. You can't even see if your message has been read on the app. Edited profiles on the web version don't change on the app when going back into edit mode. The app contains features that aren't even on the web version such as "what do you do for future" or "my dream holidays". Also you can't remove bits of your profile once filled in. I don't care about "her weight", but I accidentally selected it, so now I have to put in a weight range.

Awful just awful. Would never recommend.

Too expensive

I was having problems with the app storing notification settings. I emailed for help and the person didn't have a clue and kept telling me about email notification settings instead of the app ones. Keeps asking me to give feedback when you do the email provided is incorrect. They fixed notification settings briefly but now even through it remembers what you've selected you don't get any through. Very few people my age and around my area. What a waste only reason I'm still here is because I've paid for it.
