App is forked from open source http://code.google.com/p/android-log-collector/ by Xtralogic but contains some improvements like significantly higher size of the logs sent.
I'm going to publish API if you want to reuse it.

I installed this on my htc one sv. Twitter recommended it to collect crash data. Installed it. It prompted me to enter which app to use it for. I selected Twitter. It loaded its info onto one of my twitter accounts in a post comment box. But the info it loaded to be tweeted out was more than 140 characters. ??? I dont understand how it works.

...while looking for Log Collector. Used it to send myself a log while testing an application. I got a total of *one* line in the log that was sent, saying that it had created a directory on the SD card.
