Really wanted this app to work for me, but it says unable to execute as root even with updated su bin and root set to auto allow. Home works, that's it. Uninstalled, will bookmark for later assuming dev hasn't abandoned. AOKP soft key icon chooser would be a cool addition to this.

Just downloaded the app homekey on lg optimus from virgin mobile stopped working. Seems to work perfect so far. Will update feedback if it changes!

simply excellent, only needs to reduce occasional force close. keep it up, free and add possibilities to simulate more situations on long-press virtual home button - eg, recent apps list, show previews, pull-down notifications and so on.

Only home key working but Savior when softkeys went bad on Droid. Hoping to figure out how to make menu,back,and search useful

Works great when it works. Half the time it force closes and restarts and the other half it isn't loaded when you need it. I would pay for this app if it worked.

Would love the option to disable the popper completely. I have the n key trigger it on my Nook Color, and have no need for the soft popper.

Update needed , all keys should work even if not rooted. Good app tho cause my softkeys stopped working .

Needs way to restart. Frequently looses root and has to kill somehow. Frequently resulting in need to reboot.

Latest release is KILLING the battery on NC. Always the top app listed in battery consumption.

Avoid at all costs! This app kept crashing my phone when the phone worked perfectly prior to using it. Much better options out there that actually work

Really want to give 5 stars, but lots of FCs on Nook Color with CM7.

Now works for HD2 users, MUST lock down the main button from moving for it to work! Hide Dpad by holding down on main button after restarting softkeys

This app works perfectly on my p690. I tried other apps like Button savior etc, but other apps did not work on my phone. Thank you Steve.

Button bar still drags when dragging servic bar disabled. Needs option to disable d-pad completely or diff way to activate like a bar button.

Must have app for my color nook. Have had zero problems with it.

Gave 5 stars. Works great on NC until I upgraded to CM7. Hoping for an update. Not as necessary on CM7, but still nice to have in some cases.

Droid hard keys difficult to press..this app worked perfect and eliminated the need for the hard keys...

Please make it for non rooted phones also. I need it!

Is the reason I rooted my phone. Dropped it on tile a couple wks ago, killed the default soft keys. Would have had to turn it in for a refurb if this didn't exist. Thank you so much.

Service popper comes & goes on rooted G1 even though locked. Works pretty well but sometimes freezes. To much delay between button press & operation.
