This app as such is good. I get a call from the hospital also...which means it works. It would have been great if I could also see my appointments. If it could give me a reminder... Add multiple Uhid numbers for family...etc

This app is useless, though it say that your appointment us under process and someone from hospital will contact you, it never happens

Hope I get it one day and I can see what's inside this magical app

The screen should change once a booking is done successfully instead of a mere message appearing at the bottom of the same screen. Very confusing interface

First time there was no call back and second time when I booked an appointment at Cunningham Road hospital, I got a call from Bannerghatta Road Hospital saying I selected a wrong hospital for an appointment. They gave me direct cunningham road number to make an appointment.

The call attenders, and receptionists are extremely rude.. Moreover, the app does not work properly.

Waste of time and effort on trying to book appointment thru this app.

I booked an appointment thru the app. Didn't get a confirmation for 8 hrs. Tried again thru app. No response for an hr. So ultimately had to call and book. When I asked at hospital front desk they mentioned that we will get confirmation only if doc is available at the time we chose. No msgs or no available time suggested.

The app states that am agent will call back to confirm the appointment but there is never a callback. So no appointment can be confirmed using the app. Moreover at the hospital they ask you to fill a form for personal details as their data is not in sync with the app.

I have booked an appointment with couple of doctors on 29th April 2015 for the subsequent Saturday but none called me until Friday morning. I tried to reach them over phone but one guy said appointments are full and another one from senior department says doctors are on leave. Now the question is, why didn't they call me on the same day? Whether my request for an appointment through fortis 4 u app has been recorded or not? Why I was informed that appointments are full. There is a strong disconnects.

Used this yesterday to book, whereas this app works just as an intimation to operator to book an appointment. It doesn't confirm the booking, The App says that someone from Fortis will revert back in 1 hour time. Yesterday, being Sunday, I have booked via app (none picks up phone), and none returned to me. Today morning, anyway I have reached via phone, so effectively it didn't helped me much. Should try to improve the app much more than its current stuff.
