Teger1 is handwriting IME(Input Method Service). You do handwriting on a screen with a alphabet and can input a text. The english conversion uses high-speed OpenWnn. The habit of the user write it, and put it together sequentially, and can register a hand-written character pattern.
This version was equivalent to a mushroom. A mushroom starts by pushing and holding a "sign" (a British number) key for a few seconds.

Writing Hiragana is ok. Doesn't recognize kanji. It'd be good to have an option to toggle between keyboard mode and handwriting mode coz it doesn't pick up alphabets and numbers well

Could never get it to work . The manual is not in English so it was no help. So I removed it.
