Is it dark outside

On one of my cave spelunking adventures i found that my 24 hour watch had broken and that i had subsequently lost my point of reference for the passing of time. Normally, this would terrify anyone especially if they couldn't see the sky to tell them if it was day or not. In my panic i last my bearings and couldn't find my way up. I was forced to wait for people to come looking for me (I'd told people i was going to be gone for a week). I used this app to count down the days and nights until rescue

I hate leaving reviews, actually I don't, I love it! But not as much as I love this app. I've just tested it three times and it told me it was dark outside everytime, and it is, WOW!!! Cant wait til morning.

A few days after I was kidnapped by some people they shoved me in a dark van and drove me to a Faraway place a couple hundred miles away now there are no windows on this van so it's very dark so I just pull up this app inbetween going to the police to text them what my location is and and use one of the few enjoyments I have left in this world.

This app changed my life, for years I've always wondered: Can I tell if it's dark out....without looking outside? Thanks to this app I can now tell that it's dark outside without ever having to ever look out a window, what a time to be alive!

I plan to hide under my covers until the app tells me it's not dark outside. Then what? By the way, there are 3 little menu dots that don't do anything - is that "what to do when it's not dark outside"? And "I" tells my longitude and latitude. Now I have something to talk about at parties - when its not dark outside. P.S. - is your refrigerator on? Oops - that would be a different app. Sorry.

This is much easier and WAY more efficient than installing a window! This app has completely changed my perspective and outlook on life. I don't know how I got by so long without this app and I just want to thank the brilliant mind that created this app.

My friend said it was correct but im a blind vampire, this doesnt speak. How am i supposed to know whether its dark or not outside.

Before I found this app I used to actually have to turn my head three fourths of an inch but now I have to do is pull up my phone and say yay it's night time then I can save that little bit of muscle movement to download awesome games like mermaids c-section and groom the pregnant cat it's really I can't live without app

I entered my latitude and longitude and it got my cat stuck in a toaster. Ill rate 5 stars if you fix this glitch.

I really doesn't work very well but if Ellen AND Good Mythical Morning have it on their shows I thought, I have to check it out!

After going through the comments I saw allot of people say interesting thifngs about the app. So I decided to give it 3 stars. But rather skip it an look out of a window it is really not that hard.

This app has given my the ability to remain in my basement all night! Now i dont have to check the time or do anything at all except for opening this app :D

So good, I had to lower my rating for the Play store to 4 stars, because it won't let me rate more than 5. Very innovative, one could consider it the highlight of the century. Great quality, you cant find any app that lets you know if the sky is illuminated with better quality

Great app! My window was broken so I could no longer look outside, I can just pull up this app and be confident if its safe to go out! My family and I spend hours upon hours having a wonderful time using this app. 420/421 -IGN

Doesnt work anymore. I tried multiple routes, reinstalling it several times, and it wouldnt pick up my location. (Yes the location service was on) on gs3

Used to work great before update 5.1 now it still tells me if it's dark. But the button is slightly smaller and it is hard for me to press. Please fix.

Once I was kidnapped and they started to torture me cutting my fingers out. While bleeding out and only with one arm left. I manage to use my last hand to corroborate if it is dark outside for calling for help. So when I assure that I was all by myself I manage to call for help. But when I manage to escape, the bastards leave traps all around the surroundings. Leaving me with just one arm and one leg left. But thanks again for this application I can't tell how much grateful I am.

Half the time its wrong, it even said it was dark when sunset is at 8 and it was 6. Its just an app for guessing.

Would crash my phone every time I tried to open it. Actually being able to play the game and open the app is crucial part of a mobile game

It sucks. It says its dark about 3 hours before it actually is. Just get off your butt and look out a window.

Last yesterday I was going out for a jog when I tripped on a squirrel and broke my left pinkie! Since I'm blind it is VERY hard to tell if it's dark outside. If I had this app before I began jogging that day I wouldn't have to had my left pinkie amputated!!! But now after work when I'm driving I can just pull out my phone to check if its bright enough to take a jog. I was being chased by a bear when I remembered that bears were afraid of the dark. Since I was running in a field, I pulled out my phone and opened this app. Sure enough, it was dark outside. Thanks for the app, it really saved my life.

I'm allergic to the sun and my house has no windows, and this app is amazing. Ha, NO.

Please make a widget! It's so hard opening and closing the app every five minutes when I want to see if it's dark out!
