◎ 간단한 계산 방법
1) 휴대폰 계산기를 이용해서 제곱미터를 '3'으로 나눈다.
2) 나온 '값' 에서 '앞자리' 숫자만큼 뺀다.

120 / 3 = 40, '40' 에서 앞자리 숫자 '4' 를 빼면 40 - 4 = 36 이므로 '약36평'이 됩니다.
2) 100㎡를 '평'으로 환산하면...
100 / 3 = 33.3 약33 가정하에 33 - 3 = 30, 이므로 '약30평'이 됩니다.
3) 143㎡를 '평'으로 환산하면...
143 / 3 = 47.6666 반올림해서 약47.7 가정하에 47.7 - 4 = 43.7, 대략 한 43평 정도가 됩니다.

단, 이 계산법은 15평 ~ 90평에 한정해서 사용가능하기 때문에 아파트등을 계산할때 유용합니다.


◎ 제곱미터를 평으로 환산하는 정확한 공식
1평이 3.3058㎡ 이고 1/3.3058 = 1㎡ ≒ 0.3025평 입니다.

79.32 × 0.3025= 23.994 (24평)
2) 52.88㎡를 '평'으로 환산하면,
52.88 × 0.3025=15.996 (16평)
