Missing functions we rely on...Linking to docs being the main one. UPDATE: now fails to load anything...Just a big white screen! Uninstalled

Excellent core functionality with an attractive and user-friendly UI. There is room for improvement in small feature additions such as those pointed out in other reviews. I also found two small bugs which I will report via support channels. But overall a great addition to Help Scout. Thank you.

Well, it's a start. Need to add the ability to transfer emails between mail boxes, add notifications, add "delete" and" forward " options. Here is the big one: it's impossible to send an outgoing email, only reply to someone. Must have the above mentioned options ASAP to actually use the app on my phone. The way it is right now is very basic.

Agree with Zachary P. This is a great start. I'm exicited to finally have Android app available! But, it's missing a few key features, such as notifications, ability to start a conversation, and ability to delete a conversation. Good start, Help Scout! Please keep improving!
