Morning Routine - Alarm Clock

I've used this app loyally for years. without fail, this alarm wakes me up when I set it and all the customizable features make it easy to use. today, though, it suddenly stopped working and I was late for my first day at a new job. I didn't even think to have a back up alarm because this one had always been reliable. now the app won't work for me at all (no alarms will go off) so there's that. I hope it gets fixed soon so I can reinstall!

I love this alarm clock when it works! I have ADHD, am chronically late, and have a hard time waking up in the morning. When this app works it's a lifesaver. It's the only thing I've found that keeps me on track all morning & gets me out the door on time. Recently though when I go to scan barcodes the camera doesn't sync up. The scanner is black with a red line and I have to force stop or turn my phone off. Please update for latest android update!

This alarm app has single handedly helped me keep my life together. I'm a full-time college student, I bartend five nights a week, and I am a member of a crew team. If it were not for this alarm system, I would definitely still be living with my parents. 10/10 would recommend.

Hands down awesome. Most other barcode scanner alarm apps I've used either charge you, don't work, or look horrendous. This app is so pretty and it simply works great, and the features it has aren't too shabby, if I do say so myself.

This app is very useful for setting up timers to build routines, and has an appealing design. On my Nexus 5x, it eats up quite a bit of memory - perhaps because it hasn't been updated in some time?

The best alarm I've ever seen and used. Maybe app master can turn down the light on display, because if you don't push the button "Finish" display is continuing lighting all time. It's not good)))

I liked it. The fact it literally won't turn off until you scan something is great. My only complaint is that it isn't great at remembering barcodes. It kept saying "wrong barcode try again" for my coffee. I only have one kinda of coffee. It did this with two other items as well.

The alarm has never failed me...until today! I set the alarm as usual and it failed to go off! I had an appointment this morning that I now missed due to this. I set the alarm several times this morning after that and it still isn't ringing! I'd hate to be rid of this app considering I've been using it for years but this is ridiculous.

If you really want to hate, but love this app and get the hell out of bed. But PRO because it's worth it then scan a Barcode all the way in the kitchen so you have to get up and walk to turn it off. It works marvelous and also looks marvelous!

I really love the concept of this app, and the appearance & UI are great. I tried it a year ago & found it to be unreliable, but I'm pleased to discover it has been improved a great deal & seems solid now. The weather feature doesn't work at all, which wouldn't bother me except that disabling it requires premium. It shouldn't be a premium feature to turn off something that doesn't work.

Have to downgrade rating as dev doesn't seem to continue with users suggestions. Seems to be content with what it is and not what it could be. Getting tired of waiting, moving on to find something else. Please allow the user to easily skip the next occurrence of the alarm from going off. We all have days when we wake up before the alarm goes off. Currently, all alarms need to be turned off, then back on that night to resume your weekly schedule.

Wanted to love it and give it a full try before purchasing, but it turns out you can't even do a 2 step sequence without purchase. If I could test with 2 or 3 alarms with barcode in sequence I might spend money on it, but for now this is getting deleted from my phone.

Does not work as expected. App keeps exiting after each alarm, and does not stay in the background after closing the app like an alarm app should. Fade does not work, volume override has too much gain, and the motion softener only works for the first movement sensed and that's it. Needs more development work.

In all seriousness the new redesign is awesome except for one thing... Duplication of the alarms... Why can't we duplicate a good sequence with different times different days either having to rescan the same sequence. Would be 5 if it weren't for that. Edit: oneplus3 does not like this app it will not work as far as my needs it stops working after the 1st step is reached.

Very pretty, good ui. Negative: Massive power usage. Drains my batteries right from 100% to 50%. My fast charging doesn't even work so it makes charging overnight even more tragic. Really unfortunate. Noticed this after months of usage.

This new version shows the alarm icon in the status bar. I don't want it there wasting space. I know there's an alarm, I set it. Other than that, this is the best alarm. Update: on my Pixel, I can kill the icon. However, lately, weather has been "unknown" every morning.

The scanning doesn't work on most days and the app would keep asking me to scan the barcode again and again and again, forever ringing off. I've tried changing the barcode, removing the alarm then adding it again as a new one, but the bug keeps occurring which is very annoying cos I need to turn off my phone to kill the alarm when it happens. The idea itself is brilliant I think, shame it's too buggy.

This app actually gets me up on time! And then continues onwards to make me leave on time too! It could do with a few more features, like the ability to duplicate an existing sequence for a new alarm, but it's the only app of its type I've seen and it's very nice visually too. The biggest complaint I have is that you can't use your own music as a ring tone.

I wanted to love it, but it's too buggy. I switched to using the "Do Now" application which has fairly good "routines" features; despite its many bugs it's the best so far. I didn't like "The Fabulous" either. Back to this app: Morning Routine doesn't have any kind of display about what the next activity in my routine is--I want to have 5 or 6 things in my routine, but all it says is "step 2 of 6". It can't reorder tasks on the fly if needed.

I loved this app! It woke me up every day and allowed many features. This app was amazing compared to the puzzle alarm clock which didn't work. The only reason I would ever give it less than a five star it because of the q r code and the fact that is doesn't work on Wednesday.

I have used this app to wake myself up for months and have loved it. Recently I updated to Marshmallow and now the app is being weird. The next time I used the app after updating it played a ringtone I had never heard before. I checked to make sure that I had the same ringtone selected as before I updated, and I did. I even tried uninstalling the app and setting the old ringtone again. But it still plays the new mysterious ringtone. Very strange.

I use the schedule setting in the mornings and have to scan the soap in my bathroom. Now it takes me 2 minutes to wake up in the morning rather than 20! The interface is great too, so cant really fault anything about the app, love it

It doesn't only look great, it's functional and it works. Personally I don't get alarms which don't let you select your own ringtone. This app has all I need! The swipe for snooze or turn off is great, the customization per alarm also.

Thanks to my ADHD, complicated planning is difficult in the morning. Having each step planned out beforehand, and the sequence alarm to remind me when to do them, helps immensely. The barcode scanner is easily my favorite function of the app - without it, I doubt I could get ready on time. That being said, an option to set different ringtones for different steps in a sequence, or the option of having a random ringtone every day, would be nice. After a while, the same alarm sound can be quite grating.

I've read a number of reviews and they all have something that the developers should be working on asap. One that I haven't seen suggested is still playing the alarm even when the phone is on silent. I go to bed with my phone in silent and the is app obviously is useless at that point. Get to work guys!

first of all, the GUI is very very beautiful! iand functions are great but when the alarm is ringing i can accsess to menu and force close the alarm and it losing the point.. and unfortenatly i stick to other app that i have that dont allow me to do that and also playlist support would be great. this are the reasons why this app is just one star away from 5 stars

Day 1 went great. Day 2, it took me 30 min to hear it and wake up. Then The scanner wouldn't work and I had to remove my battery and reset my phone. It did wake me up so that's good.

One thing that really doesn't seem intuitive to me is the way any newly saved alarm is turned off by default, instead of automatically turned on. When I create an alarm, I expect that I am setting it, and this seems to be the behavior for most standard alarms. This caused confusion my first time using the app, so thank goodness I had a back up alarm that wasn't through this app. To the developers: any reason why the alarm isn't on by default?

I have the scan alarm set up with 2 snooze sequences set before I have to get up and scan. The snoozes don't happen anymore and it goes straight to the need to scan. I've tried deleting it and reinstalling and it works for one day and then goes right back to no snooze. My half asleep self just gets insulted at the lack of snoozes and reboots my phone to bypass the alarm.

I really like this app so far because of it's beautiful design and nice features. But I would like the option of choosing my own location for weather because it "always" displays either Oslo or Muwafjah for me when I wake up and I don't even live there.

Please add general menu settings to automatically turn off the alarm after determined time, and to remove the weather screen. These settings exist in the alarm's menu but you can only choose one of them and not both, I don't know why. I prefer skipping the weather screen, but yesterday the alarm rang for 3 hours and didn't turn off untill the battery died. Also you should warn that this app won't work with Android app optimization. The alarms didn't work and it took me 2 months to find out how to fix this.

I like the idea of this app but unfortunately sometimes it doesn't go off correctly. The number one thing an alarm clock should be is reliable and this one is not. The sequence would sometime go off out of order or not at all. I used it daily for about a month before this started happening.

Love the app! Only problems are that I can't see what I'm typing when I type a name for the alarm step (obscured by keyboard) and I can only set the bar code successfully if I go in order. If I don't go in order it doesn't seem to know what to do. Will still be using it, but would love those fixed! Am using an LG G4.

Won't play my ringtone, so it won't wake you up. It's kinda of a bummer for an alarm app. Also zero feedback for the user if I successfully picked a song, or which song did I choose.

So i always snooze, and this app sounded like a cool idea. The only way to turn it off would be with the code in my toothpaste, so I would have to get up! But i noticed it works with any barcode so it kind of misses the point and becomes a regular alarm.

I love this alarm and it's concept, but lately (last 2 weeks) it hasn't been going off every morning (even fiancé confirmed that it didn't go off in the morning). This is a problem, since I set the alarm in the morning to go to work! I bought a bedside alarm clock for now. I hope the developers can fix the app!
