Neither the app or web site works. Contacting customer service via the toll free number is a joke. Prices are much higher than Bi-Lo.

How do I load coupons? How do I load my value card? Is there a store item locator?

This app is not helpful at all. It does not have anything to help anybody. Kroger is much better.

Not updated with chattanooga stores. Disappointing...

How long does it take to update locations? I try to search for a location and nothing within 50 miles. Look online and it pulls up all locations around me.

Won't let me log in, says my information is incorrect when it definitely isn't! Log In fine from my computer but won't let me use the app! Stupid! As least Bilo let us add coupons to our cards via the app! Way too screw it up!

Useless when adding digital coupons to your Food City card. Not even close to Krogers app, my last time using it until major improvement.

This is just terrible. Tried to look at the weekly ads and every time I would put in my zip code it would force close.

Please add coupon link to a food city card. Others have this option. App could be great if you added this option.

This app is useless if you still have to carry your Food Club card around. Kroger's app is much better.

No matter what I search for nothing comes up in the search results; they are always blank. At first I thought it was me, but I saw a coupon for Folgers coffee and did a search for it and it came up with nothing even though I was looking right at it in the previous screen. I tried searching for Folgers and coffee separately, still nothing.

Tried to find local store, weekly circular, tried to sign in.. app always stopped working. Let's just go to Kroger.

Tired of their bate and switch. You earn gas points and then they take them away the next month. Can't just have everyday low prices you have to have their value card. At least at Walmart you know what it will cost and they don't bate and switch.

Your app needs to be updated! What are the Chattanooga area stores? This can not be that hard to fix!

The app has not been updated since 2011. On Android 4.4.4, it hangs on opening right after installation.

The new Food City app helps you save on groceries everyday.Once you use it,you,all like savings g money.

Open it, try to use it and it crashes.

Lame....can't even get you points on this app..useless!

However it has been my experience at Food City is one of the most expensive grocery stores to shop at. Lower your prices Food City then we can talk.

This app is very limited. It is missing a search function, so you have to scroll down through all the ad to find your product. You cannot view the online ad via the app, just a list. You cannot load coupons to your food city card. Missing the basics and irritating those who know better.

Please add coupon link to a food city card. Others have this option. App could be great if you added this option.

Shows me stores in Tennessee when I register my address as Arizona.

I also use the Kroger app that allows me to add digital coupons. All the current app food city offers is where to find a local store and make a shopping list. Until it offers the digital coupons, uninstalled app. Already have a shopping list app that works.

Food City is my number one choice of grocery, and this app is a perfect fit for checking sales and making lists. Love it.

Unfortunately this app will not allow you to add electronic coupons like other grocery store apps. So, it's useless :( Such a waste.

I thought I was able to add coupons to it and link to my online account.... Wrong! FoodCity try again.

Can't add nothing but circler items. When i try to add something too list our want add please fix. I can't even type in what i want to add to list you type in as soon as you get threw its gone

This would be so much better if it was made by Food City. Kroger's app is made by KROGER, and that is what makes it so great. I can't even get this app to find a local store, much less the weekly ad. I'd really like to be able to link my FC account, as well, but the app would probably have to be either made by or endorsed by K-VA-T & Food City. If I want a glorified list-maker, I have a memo app.

Need to be able to access vaue card on phone. Please fix!

Crashed 6 times right after I installed. Didn't even get to try it out. Don't waste your time. Kroger app is working great though!

Need to add where you can add coupons to your card from the app!!!

Needs to have everything in the store and not just what's on the circular
