My qoo10 account is not link up with Google account. I can't sign in without using Google account. Please fix.

Pls fix it la.. I try whole morning cant login.

I couldn't purchase items from overseas to be send to different address in a different country, let say buy gifts for family in overseas via local qoo10. I don't understand.. But i don't hv problems with the app, works perfectly fine.

As what others say been using gor years and cant log in now. Such lousy system after been so long in market and no good IT team?! Really its time to goodbye q10 n hello to shopee!

Can't redeem points using stars on last 2 days.

Been using this app successfully but when I just tried to make a bid for an auction item, it brought me to the log in page. Can't seem to log in though.

All the trophies which I have collected earlier were gone. There were more than 10 of them however, it indicates "0". How is that possible? Bugs not fix. Please fix it asap. Thank you.

Stop changing the page of it, it is getting worst and the worst. Now I can't even find the Q Lounge. This new update make the page so dull, plain and lifeless.

too many "Q" apps with similar functions. messy interface with too much unnecessary details. still prefer the good old Qoo10 app. keep this purely for event points, in & out in 2 secs.

Haven't found a single use for this useless app except to collect coupon or Qpoints, or whatever the promotion may be at the moment. Otherwise a waste of my phone memory and unnecessary duplicate of exciting Qoo10 app.

I get a white screen after clicking log in. Please assist me :( [update: managed to sign in by clicking home icon then the avatar on top left hand corner. White screen appears again after signing in. Please do fix this.]

I thought this would be something like carousell where everybody could sell stuff cos of the name "fleamarket". But it ene up to be really similar to Qoo10 app.

Don't understand why a shopping site need so many different apps serving the same purpose, when their developers can't even handle one main app properly. A case of wearing a hat that os too big for one's head!
