KeepItOn will keep your screen on while you have the Phone/Tablet on your hand, preventing the screen from turning off when you are reading (So annoying).
How it works
KeepItOn detect any small movements and prolongs the time to turn off the screen, like if you have touched the screen.
You can also wake up the device,for a certain configurable time, when the screen turn off.

The concept of app is good. Now I touch power button less! It didn't come anywhere in my battery use. So it's safe to install. One big bug is that it turns off after some time. After installing it, you may feel that it is doing nothing, if this is the case, uninstall it & feel the difference.

I love apps that do what they say they will with no 'BS'. This app is one of those. Set it up on my Maxx and it does what I need.

Does it so something to the screen off timeout value? I have it set to fifteen seconds but if I lay phone on a table with no movement it takes one minute before screen off. EDIT: pocket mode not working as expected, actually turning on phone after being manually turned off.

Works great for what I need. It seems to be light on battery and the configurable timeout to quickly turn screen back on after it turns off is smart.
