Dowsing Apps for Android
Does not work properly on Android (or at least on my Samsung Galaxy S4) - unlike the IOS version there is no file listing of previous surveys and the app just overwrites your previous files unless you reboot the phone between sites. This is VERY ANNOYING and makes it overpriced and next to useless.
A very promising start for this app - it is simple and flexible to use and interfaces with your home computer to download the data into Google Earth. Essentially you use the phone in one hand and a single dowsing rod in the other. You can use the 3 buttons to mark any 3 things you choose - points on water or energy lines, fixed reference points for triangulation, detrimental/beneficial energies etc. You need to leave about 15 feet between points as GPS is not going to be more accurate than that. It can be a great boost to your dowsing confidence when you get home and download it onto your computer and see the results of your dowsing on screen. It is a little pricey for what it is, but there's a limited market for this sort of thing and it's well worth supporting further development of this app. In future releases I would like to see use made of the phone's motion sensors and accelerometer so that the phone can be used as the actual dowsing tool as well, with an animated rod on the screen. It would also be useful to automatically record the actual track walked, and have the ability to directly interface with Google Earth or Maps on the phone.
app doesn't working and showing no gps signal.... how to rectify?
Written by dowsers for dowsers. Use it with a rod. Very honest
Well made and easy to use. Brilliant!

Got potential if a map link or a list of co ordinates function was added to the app.
