Panini Rewards

It does not work. Panini, please make this app operable. People get these points, but you're ripping people off because we can't use them.

Thank you Panini for replacing the patch autograph card I was suppose to get in 2016 Select with panini points. That really made my day you a**holes. And to top it off you make an app for panini rewards that doesn't even work. Great card manufactures so glad they took over and cornered the market.

I can't login. App keeps saying server connection is lost.

Can't even clear your cart. Crap. Total crap. Missing you tops

Keeps saying servers are down. Unable to do anything.

Does not detect address for shipping cost. Can't even check out. What's the point of having a shopping option.

Ive created an account and activated it through my email but everytime I try to scan codes it takes me to a link to download the app I just downloaded. It also wont work on the mobile sight, I cant add to my cart or view it. This app is just like the rewards system and Panini itself, a bunch of crap.

Why wouldn't you be able to redeem the points. Pretty dumb. This app literally only saves you the time of typing the code. So saves you maybe 15 seconds

Works fine for me but not being able to see and use the rewards Store is very shortsighted. That's equally as important as scanning the redemption in. Come on Panini get it rihht and spend some of those huge profits from those 1k plus boxes.

could use optional instructions for scanning though. TIP: the app does not care how clean the lens is or how perfect you set the shot. it typically works instantly if properly lit and scanned fast as if you were at the grocery store scanning stuff all day. The rewards aren't that awesome when you're paying for a fruitless panthers break and get them all rue time. I Never see anything acceptable that replaces an absolute hit for only 150 pts

Never could redeem anything. Don't know what genius designed this app, but you may want to go back to the drawing board.

Ridiculous. Every time I attempt to scan these codes, the app kicks me out and asks me to download the app.

Scan the code but all it does is take me to a page to download the app? WTF! I am trying to scan it from your app!!

The app sucks, the scan option will not work. I keep getting error messages or it sends me to the page to download the app that I already have.

I hear about the sweet hits in the 2014 absolute so against my wallets better judgement, seeing how i paid 160.00 for the box, i get them and my big hit is sum friggin points that wont even scan from the app. Used to have high respect for panini, no longer. PLEASE GET IT 2GETHER!!!!!!

When redeeming it keeps asking to download the app even while signed in. Does not work....will not upload points from the QR scan. Pointless!!

Panini Rewards App

The Rewards Program was a great idea...extremely poor execution. Whenever you do get to the website catalog of redemption options (which takes an act of congress to get to) the options are very limited to say the least. It would seem to me that if a company as large as Panini, who is a relatively new player in the American Trading Card scene, would roll out this program they'd have their act together. What a disappointment!! When a serious collector is spending $100+ for a box of your cards, that B.S. will stop 'em from buying anymore in a heartbeat!! Someone who works for Panini in DFW told me that it's taking a while to upload all of their product online...Again, $100 a box should be able to pay for the help needed to have had that stuff online before roll-out!!

I understand the benefits of the redemption cards, but it has to work. Signed up twice and keep getting invalid credentials message when logging in. This is enough to get me to stop buying your products. Why would I buy a box of cards to get a hit, when this redemption for the hit doesn't even work. The website doesn't even let you do anything from a computer. This app failure hurts your total business. I think I am done with all panini products at this point. Wish I could give negative stars.
