MDMプラスはあなたの携帯電話に保存された大切な個人情報を保護します。

MDM(Mobile Device Management)とはモバイル端末をクラウド上で管理するための技術です。万が一携帯電話を紛失しても、Webのコントロールパネルから画面ロックやワイプ（端末初期化）することで、携帯電話に保存された個人情報の漏洩を防ぐことができます。また、ご家族で利用される場合はお子様が無用なアプリケーションのインストールを行っていないか、知らない電話番号への発信や受話を行っていないかWebコンソール上で知ることができ、不要な携帯電話の利用を防止することに役立ちます。

【ご注意】
MDMプラスにご加入のお客様は必ず本アプリケーションから端末登録を行ってください。端末登録を行うことで初めて携帯電話が保護された状態になります。

本アプリケーションは「デバイス管理者」の機能を必要とします。端末登録後に表示される案内に従ってデバイス管理者を有効にしてください。デバイス管理者を有効にしないと端末のロックやワイプ機能がご利用いただけません。


■ユーザーデータポリシー
本アプリケーションでは端末を保護するためにいくつかのユーザーデータを取得します。ユーザーデータにはプライベートな情報も含まれますが、利用用途以外での取得はありません。それぞれのユーザーデータの取得と用途は下記になります。

・SIM電話番号
端末登録時にこの携帯電話のSIM電話番号を読み取ります。登録情報の一部としてSIM電話番号も記録されます。
対象プラン：全プラン

・位置情報
端末を探すために一定時間ごとに位置情報を取得して、サーバーに送信します。
対象プラン：全プラン

・連絡先
連絡先バックアップ時に取得し、サーバーに送信します。
対象プラン：パーソナルプラン、プレミアムプラン

・通話履歴
一定時間ごとに通話履歴を取得して、サーバーに送信します。
対象プラン：ファミリープラン、プレミアムプラン


■機能(*2)
MDM無効化防止
第三者がMDMの機能を無効化する操作を防止します。また無効化を試みた場合にその情報がメールで送信されます。

端末位置情報送信
携帯電話の位置情報を定期的にサーバーへ送信します。管理コーソールで現在の端末位置情報を知ることができるので、端末を紛失時にも早期の発見に役立ちます。

遠隔操作：端末ロック
携帯電話の画面を遠隔操作でロックします。画面ロックと共にPINコードを設定するので、第三者に携帯電話を操作されることを防ぐことができます。

遠隔操作：アラーム再生
遠隔操作で携帯電話のアラームを再生します。持ち主の近くにある場合はアラーム音を頼りに捜索できます。また、遠隔地にあった場合でも、端末の近くに居た人がアラーム音に気付いてくれるかもしれません。メッセージ送信と合わせて利用すると発見の効果が上昇します。

※ご注意
アラームはマナーモードや消音状態でも強制的に音量を最大にして再生します。ご利用の際は音量にご注意下さい。

メッセージ送信
携帯電話に任意のメッセージを送信します。このメッセージは端末を紛失した際に、端末を拾った方に向けて送信することを目的とした機能です。メッセージの内容は連絡先や届先を記載することで、持ち主への返還率を高めます。

遠隔操作：端末ワイプ（端末の初期化）
端末を工場出荷状態に戻します。端末内部の個人情報はすべて削除されます。一度実行するとサーバーへ保存した情報以外は元に戻らないため、端末が手元に戻る見込みの無い場合に、最後の手段として実行します。

※ご注意
外部SDカードのデータは削除されません(内部SDカードのデータは削除されます)。

アプリ一覧送信
携帯電話へインストールされたアプリケーションの一覧をサーバーへ送信します。端末の利用者（ご家族でご利用の場合はお子様）が不要なアプリケーションをインストールしていないか確認することができます。

通話履歴送信
携帯電話の通話履歴を送信します。端末の利用者（ご家族でご利用の場合はお子様）が不要な通話を行っていないか確認することができます。

連絡先バックアップ
携帯電話の連絡先をバックアップできます。機種変更を行う場合に連絡先のバックアップを行っていると簡単に機種変更後に引き継ぎできます。自動バックアップをONにしていると定期的に連絡先をバックアップできるので便利です。万一の端末紛失に備えて連絡先をバックアップしておきましょう。また、バックアップした連絡先はAndroid、iOSを問わずに復元することができます。

This application requires the function of "device administrator". Please enable the device administrator in accordance with the guidance that is displayed after the terminal registration. Do not enable the device administrator when the lock and wipe function of the terminal is not available.
