My Expat Network VPN Pro

This app has never let me down from using it in Europe, USA and The Carribean. The online help is 100% quick to reply and sort out a problem. They even install it for you, if your like, me not technical on the computer.

Have the app on a number of mobile phones, tablets and kindle fire - easy to install and works great. Any questions to help desk quickly answered. See other feedback seems to be variable but I have had this for best part of a year with no problems.

Don't work! Do not sign up as it don't work! Trying to get my money back!

only works on one platform at a time do not try to use on more than one. my ipad works very well with my ITV hub. but nothing else have given them 8 weeks to try and sort it out no chance a complete waste of time and money no other TV have i been able to watch and it does not recognise my laptop that i am trying to connect with only my ipad and it wants to connect with my phone too small to watch anything on

Won't let me sign in. I can sign in via internet but not through the app

Helpful stuff at helpdesk. VPN works great and with no problem on my mobile device and my computer. Worth every penny.

Works well for us in USA on botb Android and iOS

Broadband speeds is at least 75Mb/s download and 25Mb/s upload yet as soon as I switch on the VPN, it won't even ping - worse than useless

Pretty close to useless. Tried setting up on both laptop and tablet with nil success. Helpline gives quick response but nothing that actually gives me a reliable connection. So far, a xomplete waste of money

I could not login on my tablet. I am going to cancel it.

Signed up for 3 months subscription, had numerous problems with connecting, then with not available to view in location. Constantly emailing support team, with problems. I finally had enough and cancelled my subscription.

When I lived in Spain I used the app on my laptop for nearly four years. Now I'm visiting and I wanted the app on mobile and tablet as I didn't bring the laptop... Cannot download app on tablet and on the mobile, it takes several attempts to log in and then does not even work. Thumbs down I'm afraid.

What a waist of money

The regular service works well for computer vpn, however this app doesn't work on my phone. I have a Galaxy s5 and it says can't connect to server. Please advise

Just got the new app on my two phones and samsung tablet. Great idea works better than before having to type in details every time. Well done. V happy now. only found it by going on youre website.
