Bc learned the lesson that couldn't find a way to reset password so I ticked the remember me. This morning one of my friend told me she unable to log in was prompted wrong user ID or password. I then tried mine and it's the same happened!! Now don't know what to do

Do not understand why the school changed the communications app to a lousier one. In app description, it talks about CCE framework but all parent users see and get is Notifications and messages. Message list is not sorted in any logical order; does not show date of message nor sender. When I need to check a previously read message, I have to try multiple ones until I find it (if the subject happens to be the same). For longer messages, I am unable to scroll down to read the entire message. I am not able to archive or delete messages that I do not need any longer. What happens at the end of the year when we have more messages?!? I will give zero stars if I could!

Suddenly cannot log in to the apps. Keep having wrong password and id. When click on reset password, nothing was sent to my email.

Cant find "Saint Joseph's Institution Junior" or "sjij" or "St Joseph's institution Junior" etc. Can't find the school, I can't even start

I don't understand why the school change a less user-friendly, ugly looking application. We are suppose to move forward but the school has moved backwards. Now I want to login but I forgot password. AND THERE IS NO PASSWORD RESET FUNCTION!!! If I can give a zero I will gladly give it! UPDATE: sure, there is a forget password function. Hey now I forget my user ID, and there's no way to retrieve that!!! If I can vote for a worst app, C2hamps should win that honor.

I am so glad that my kids' school changed to another app as a platform for communication.

Hang!I enter but it load very long but still cannot go in. Rather use SNAC.

Can't work on Android and have to log in separately for my children, why can't it be one time log in for all? Also, when I choose to reset password, the whole app hangs! I can't do anything!

Why cannot do on tablet!!

Snac is much better. we just need to remember our email ID and password. Once login, all kids are under one account. This app forces us to remember birth cert numbers and it's inconvenient to switch between accounts.

It works finally and no need multiple login for more than 1 child.

Not sure if school reviewed app before purchasing. This is terrible. Rudimentary app and yet does not work at times.

Still having a very hard time to submit "Change password". It keeps notifying that my id is incorrect. Unable to go in. Absolutely hate this app.

Why should schools change a perfectly fine SNAC to this gfn app? It's interface is lousy. Keeps asking for password every time I login as if people can steal millions from my account. Jeez.

It is the worst apps I have come across. Not user friendly and useless.

No UX put into place. Cant see any update whatsoever. Hv to key in ID & p/w all the time. Gimme back my SNAC !

Can't even search for SHPS on it. Absolutely lousy application. I can only assume that they gave first year free to schools to entice them to sign up!

Don't make it logout everytime you exit the app.

This app is no good. I have 3 children in SHPS. This app need me to remember different login for each children and expect me to do multiple logins to see the school communication for each of my child.

Dont understand y tis app is even recommended by schools zzzz..
