Crashes before login. I always have trouble with either the app or the website. It seems like there is always something that doesn't work right on one or sometimes even both. I usually end up having to get on this website on the desktop computer which kind of defeats the purpose of mobile/ app usage. Quite annoying.

Internet sit always crashes before you can even log in, called bank and clerk says try from a pc..so much for mobile banking, 10 fee to just pay loan over phone by check..not happy
