Bulletino

A Dzign-e orgulhosamente apresenta o Bulletino, um sistema desenvolvido com o objetivo de facilitar a comunicação entre sua Organização e seus membros.

O Aplicativo Bulletino, na realidade, é um Aplicativo próprio. Personalizado para a Organização, é disponibilizado mundialmente através das duas maiores lojas virtuais de aplicativos (App Store e Google play). Qualquer pessoa pode baixá-lo gratuitamente e poderá ter acesso aos Boletins diários, semanais ou mensais e também aos Eventos da Organização.

Assim que os boletins são publicados, automaticamente eles são transferidos em todos os dispositivos que tiverem o Aplicativo instalado. Desta maneira quando o Aplicativo for iniciado, o boletim mais recente já estará disponível e em destaque, até mesmo para leitura sem conexão com a internet. Os boletins anteriores também ficam disponíveis para consulta e leitura.

O Bulletino conta com um sistema de Notificações, uma espécie de agenda que avisa aos usuários quando, por exemplo, um novo boletim está disponível ou que um novo evento foi cadastrado e até mesmo que aquela reunião importante vai acontecer em duas horas.

Além disso, através de uma interface simples, com botões dedicados a cada função é possível, rapidamente, acessar os dados de contato como telefone, email, website e endereço.

É prático e econômico. Todos aqueles boletins que são impressos em grande quantidade, podem ser reduzidos a menos da metade. Com a comodidade de um Aplicativo nos dispositivos móveis de cada membro, não há mais preocupação em gastar papel.

The Application Bulletino actually is a proper application. Customized to the Organization, it is available worldwide through two major online stores applications (App Store and Google play). Anyone can download it for free and you can access to daily, weekly or monthly newsletters and also to the Organization Events.

Once the reports are published, they are automatically transferred to all devices that have the application installed. Thus when the application starts, the latest release is already available and highlighted, even for reading without internet connection. Previous newsletters are also available for consultation and reading.

The Bulletino has a notifications system, a kind of agenda that warns users when, for example, a new release is available or that a new event has been registered and even that this important meeting will take place in two hours.

In addition, through a simple interface, with buttons dedicated to each function, you can quickly access the contact information like phone, email, website and address.

It is practical and economical. All those newsletters that are printed in large quantities, can be reduced to less than half. With the convenience of an application on the mobile devices of each member, there is more concern about wasting paper.
