About MeasureMe
MeasureMe is a low friction personal measurement tool. It can be used to easily create a diary of subjective measurements such as pain, energy and sleep quality. Recorded measurements can be emailed as a csv file for spreadsheet analysis.
Built in measurements for
- pain (4 point scale and NRS11),
- energy level,
- satisfaction with life,
- stool (Bristol scale)
- depression (Zung scale)
- anxiety (Zung scale)
- sleep.
- blood pressure (you will need an external device to take the measurement)
There is also a general purpose Units Consumed scale that can be used for coffee, alcohol or cigarettes etc. All measurements for the Units Consumed scale are stored in one file.
Measurements are triggered by alarms, multiple alarms can be set complete with masked out days and hours with intervals from minutes to weeks. Each alarm can be used to capture multiple measurements.
Your personal data stays on your phone until you decide to export it via email, this app does not have internet access.

I installed it, hoping to measure sleep quality. Added a new measure for that (which was delightfully easy), set it to 8AM. No alarm was triggered at that time. Tried "Enter, now" explicitly, the app crashed (reproducibly). Simplest use case not covered, 1 star.
