miliSOURCE Veterans Benefits

I think this app is a great idea, but it has a couple issues. When filling out my profile, I had trouble selecting items from the various drop-down menus, such as State or Branch of Service. I would tap my choice on the menu and it would return me to the app, but leave the selection blank. I did this multiple times. Also, I entered my birth date, and it clearly showed correctly during account creation. But after I signed in, it showed a default birth date of 01-01-1998, and would not let me correct it.

I tried setting up two separate accounts and for both incidents the app says invalid password, even though I had proper confirmation of matching passwords upon sign up. When I go online for a resolution through forgot password it asked me for a security question I never set up! I'm going to uninstall, don't know what I did wrong.

MILISOURCE Rocks! Saved over $600 on a new mattress thanks to this app. Plus I found all the best deals on Veterans Day. It's nice to see people step up for us vets.

I installed the app 3 days ago. Everytime I try to log in I get an error message "the miillisource server is not responding. please try later". I was looking forward to this app.

I initially had trouble logging in. I contacted support and they got right back to me and let me know when the problem was fixed. The log in issues that people have posted should be fixed now.

Can't even set up account before app stops working and when I try to login again it tells me the server is not working try again later. Waste of my time

You can't fill out the year slot for your birthday when registering on this app. I am using a Samsung galaxy s5

I wanted to test the update but forgot my PW. I really don't want to call you! Please add an email PW Reset so I can check it out again. It was crashing but since you can't reproduce it.... It didn't happen? Not sure about your response. Note 3, Android 5.0

It says it has to verify service but won't let you fill out form completely.

Can't update personal information, has me listed as being born on the day I retired from active duty.

This would be a great app if I could create a account! The final box to check saying I accept the terms won't let me check it. Fix this issue please.

I tend to stay up to date on the Va so this has become a new tool for that. Anyone new to the VA system absolutely should download and use this app.

Great app.

This app requires to much personal info, DOB,Address, phone..whats next SSN. All this just so i can figure out what benefits a veteran has. I think it might be easier just to put it all in PDF format for download.

Useless! App crashes, forces restart, piece of crap.

Every time I try to use the app it force stops. I can not access anything. Please fix for Samsung Galaxy Note 3

Out of the 3 articles I tried opening, 2 crashed the app and forced a restart, requiring logging in and reloading the content. I gave up after the 5th crash.

I can't even make an account because the app doesn't have Puerto Rico in the state options.

I'll give it a one just cause it says unfortunately application stopped working everytime I try to look at something in this app.. it would be a great app if it was usable

In order to get access you'll have to purchase service through defense mobile what a waste of time.

I created an account, but when I tried to log in, it kept saying incorrect password. Then locked me out.

Never would log in after account creation. Just always said it couldn't connect with server whether I was on 4g or wifi.

Registered for app and when I finished it asked to login. Put password in and told it was incorrect then locks out 15 minutes for to many tries
