Shows Latitude and Longitude, altitude from GPS and GPS data accuracy.
Swipe up to set the screen to stay on. Swipe down to go back to auto/default screen timeout.
Swipe left or right to change to map display. From there touch the zoom-in and zoom-out corners on the right of the map to zoom in or out on your current location.
Continue left or right to get to current address.
Uses GPS data from phone. Not likely to show anything if GPS is not enabled in your location settings. Leaving GPS on works very well under ICS.

Same as Benjamin, the message about waiting for GPS is overwritten by the GPS data when it comes in, need to clear previous screen

Everything seems to work except that the screen just piles updates on top of whatever is already there. As you move around, the coordinates just show layers of numbers. The map gets stuck sometimes and the map stays on the screen if I swipe to go back to coordinates. I am using the Sony SmartWatch 2. Perhaps this app doesn't play well with the SW2? I just now noticed that the app hasn't been updated since 2012, so I assume it was never tested on a SW2.

Everything works, just unreadable. Tracking, except screen info dont refresh, gps information is shown stacked on top of eachother as one page. Thanx
