Cash Balance for Android
All you need to do is enter the major income and expense items that affect your cash flow, for example "Rent" due monthly, or "Property Tax" due yearly. To keep it simple, other items that vary a lot can be estimated, for example "Receipts" averaging x amount daily, or "Miscellaneous Expenses" averaging x amount weekly.
The idea is to keep it simple, just the big picture, and just to insure that your cash balance stays positive. Of course, real life varies up and down, so you can "strike a balance" any time by just entering a one-time "Starting balance", or a monthly "Adjusting balance".
Cash Balance also includes a Widget that you can place on your mobile device's home page. Whenever you turn on your mobile, the first thing you'll see is the next week's worth of expected transactions!
Features of Cash Balance include:
• Fast and intuitive setup - no need to enter every little transaction
• Familiar calendar view of all upcoming income and expense transactions
• Quickly switch between views of Today, Day, Week, and Month
• In month view, any date that begins with a negative balance will display in red
• Month view will also show small circles for each transaction on that day, colored black or red appropriately
• In day view, tap to manually override a starting balance, to "balance the books" as convenient
• Include detail transaction info as needed for what, how much, when, and how often
• Setup any transaction repeat frequency, including one-time, days of the week, daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly, from and through any dates
• Set a password for security of your financial information
Never again be surprised by running out of cash unexpectedly. Cash Balance will help you see low spots in time to do something to avoid going "in the red"!

It won't let me enter a negative amount. Unfriendly. I want my money back.
