Yorkshire Bus M-tickets

Very busy background makes some text hard to read for people who suffer from visual impairments. Also, I just wanted to buy a single from Knaresborough to Harrogate - I could not find a way to do this.

A good concept but the app is a let down. Blocky and slow. Takes far too long for the screens to load. Payment is not smooth either, I frequently have to attempt payment at least 3 times before it is accepted. This occurs on both strong wifi and 4G. Would also be handy if the ticket was stored on the account and not on the device. -Samsung S6 Edge Plus.

Had to download this on a bus and it took 20 minutes from downloading to buy the ticket because the app crashed so many times. Useful, just needs a bit of polishing.

Doesn't give the tickets I need. Its like we have been left out. What if I wanted a simple return because I didnt have enough in my account to withdraw?

Tickets aren't linked to your account, they are linked to your device, I had to use a spare phone a week after buying a 100 pound ticket and discovered I then needed to spend even more. This is appalling. Also, why when I buy an adult gold monthly at the station it's actually for a month whereas the app is for 28 days? That means that at some point renewal will fall before my salary date which is not helpful. I'm going to stop using it until they get it fixed. If they are bothered that is. Probably not...

Usability, UI, technical foundations are all terrible. Plus why 28 day tickets instead of monthly?

Worked once then it lost my payment card details and that was that..

Now revised my feedback regarding this e-ticket. Initially I said poor, the reason - having a non-functioning ticket after reseting my sluggish phone. However I can now say to buy with confidence... So be aware if you 'reset' your phone you may LOOSE your ticket details. But don't worry, just save your purchased code from your email and forward a copy back to Transdev customer services who will reissue you with your e-ticket once they have re-checked your validation.

App fault - cannot add credit or debit cards

Not uncommon to get problems with payment, cards disappearing from payment list. Only fixed by reinstalling. Not confidence inspiring in something that retains your credit card details.

No normal tickets, child tickets and they are more expensive. You can't get tickets for where you want to go without paying for other areas

I only wanted to get to Harrogate to ripon I was expecting a train line style option to purchase tickets for 2 people not just weekly passes.

Since I loaded the app the first time and signed up for an account, it crashes every time I load it. I'm just glad I didn't buy a ticket.

Constant crashing reaulting in me not being able to use tickets

Only able to purchase the day tripper tickets and not the day gold which only has the option for the weekly and monthly tickets

I just want to by the daily tixket that cost 3.50 alwoodley leeds but it is not on the system

Works fine, tickets could be explained better as not obvious what some tickets are.

Bought a week pass on Monday 10/11/14. Worked once and now the app keeps crashing. Not only have I missed two buses, but I had to argue with a bus duty manager and every bus driver that I have to explain the situation too. If your going to release an app like this you need to make sure it works properly.

The app works fine but after having to send my phone for repair and using a spare my month ticket isn't on my account but my device so I have spent extra on travel. It's useful as a back up but troublesome for long term use in terms of your device use

Utterly useless. Never finds a connection to log in (unlike every other app I use). Frustrating and pointless. Avoid!

Want to buy ticket for harrogate. But always goes onto Lancashire transdev. Don't want to buy a bus ticket for Lancashire want it for harrogate.

After playing About with the app I figured out how to use it, saved me having to buy ticket on bus and saves me some money too ! Advice, when buying your ticket don't use WiFi as it won't work use mobile Internet

It insists I have registered when I haven't and requires a telephone number to login instead of registered email address, I gave up after twenty minutes of faffing......

It's a well made app, but it's disappointing that you can't use it to buy day singles or return tickets. For that reason it's made pretty useless for most journeys.

I downloaded thinking it would save time but its far to confusing, needs a new design and easier user interface, too many tickets just a simple search option for the route required would be best.
