Lancashire Bus M-tickets for Android
Bought a new phone and reinstalled the app. Tried to log in and couldn't remember my password. Went to reset password and it says that my email address doesn't match an account.... but wont let me set up a new one. waste of time. They need to get it sorted out.
It expires your ticket

Actually getting sick of being questioned about my ticket and told that there should have been an update, the bus driver just stopped mid journey to question the ticket despite already letting me on with it.. Please update android ASAP as I'm being made to feel that I've done something wrong!
Always freezing and maps do not work.
I've used the app for 3 journeys now. The drivers are aware of the app as they stare at it for a while and the allow me to proceed onto the bus. My only concern is when my battery is depleted. Some people cannot charge their phones at college/work and with smart phones nowadays the battery might not last all day, otherwise a good app. I just wish I can use transdev (Lancashire passes) amongst all the bus services. I have to get off now and by a ticket for another service this does not happen where I'm from
I have had to uninstall and re add this app numerous times because of a fault on the server I have been advised I would have a discount due to the issues which never happened
You can use it but some of the bus drivers don't let you on with it !!!
Reset my phone (for issues not related to this app), reinstalled the app, logged back in to my account, and boom.... No more ticket! (even though i had a ticket valid for 5 more days) No matter how many times i refreshed and reset my tickets, my valid ticket failed to reappear. Called Lancashire Bus by phone only to find nobody IT related available to resolve the issue. Epic fail! Robbing bar stewards!
I like the idea but the app crashes and or freezes. If I go to a screen showing the areas covered there is no back button, if I use my phones back button the screen goes black and the app crashes. If this were to happen when trying to show your ticket then .... Disaster. Last update was April it needs another guys.
Tried several times to simply log on - no dice. A great idea, only if it actually worked.
Won't open, crashes my phone, had to pay on 2 occasions now, as unable to open the app.
Never a problem using it on any of the buses I get on. BUT never accepts payment straight away sometimes I am stuck trying to pay for 5 mins, which this morning meant I had to pay cash instead while I was waiting for the payment to go through. Fix that and it's 5 stars no problem.
Hi can u tell me how to reset and try again as i still can get to use it and it keeps failing to log in went i try to use it
Bought a monthly pass but can't access my pass at all.. Gonna get a refund, I would suggest not using this app...
Doesn't work with the brand of card. Get it sorted
All I want to do is log in and it won't let me the stupid app get it sorted immediately the iPhone app was better than this
Unable to set correct DOB before checking out for the first time. The date insists on defaulting back to today's date. Cautious about proceeding with payment without the details being correct. Looks like I'll stick to paper tickets for now.

I wish active tickets would load up 1st then im not stood there while the bus driver looks dumbfounded as we await the app to load
Ticket area covers Skipton and Preston (my daily route to work) but my Ribble Valley Ranger 7 day ticket isnt on the list, so the app is pointless for me. What is the point if not all tickets are available ?
Download this App thinking what a cool idea. If anyone is like me and never carry cash, this is a great way to gain your ticket instead of making a de tour to the cash point only to realise you missed your bus..... However my bank card is a maestro card and this app does not support it :(. Get it sorted...

Worked once but can't get it to buy another ticket. You also get a better deal on the monthly pass online as it lasts 2 or 3 days more depending how many days are in a month.

The app is a good idea, but the drivers always look so confused when you show your phone and start asking questions. What's the point of having a ticket app when the drivers don't seem to have a clue?
Why does this app download but yet doesn't decide to install please fix
UPDATE: After about 3 months of daily use I've ditched the app today & gone back to a paper monthly ticket. Too many glitches that need sorting.. Monthly app only lasts 28 days instead of 31 days like the paper ticket but the same price! The ticket does not stay on the screen long enough so you are faffing about as the bus arrives trying to get the ticket on show. It takes three clicks to show the ticket - WHY??? The app uses location - and therefore battery - WHY??? I had one instance when the app couldn't connect to the server so I was late for work.
Simple and quick to use...like it a lot...no need to be on the Internet/wifi to show your ticket as it's loaded to your phone... Only issue is the icon for my tickets is tiny in the top right corner...there should be a larger button on the home page that takes you direct...

Been using it about 3 weeks and its so much easier. Day tickets last 2 days and weekly tickets are good. Ive had one grumpy driver but all other drivers smile. Could do to tell drivers so they are aware but ive had many drivers ask me questions about the app.
My day ticket expired 12 hours early and still trying to get a refund, also half the bus drivers look at you like your mad when you show your mobile phone. If your going to bring out a app then at least tell all your staff about it before hand.
I wish active tickets would load up 1st then im not stood there while the bus driver looks dumbfounded as we await the app to load
I love the idea behind the app but it has some flaws. 1. Regularly it will stay on the loading screen and freeze, not good when getting on a bus. 2. The active ticket page should be the first thing to load if you have a ticket! 3.A widget for the home screen would be perfect, showing a selected active ticket. 4. This isn't the app but I have noticed drivers being a little rude and hostile when showing them my mobile ticket. That attitude needs to change if this is ever going to take off
Great little app. You should paint all the witch way buses pink like the app :-). It's great I can now buy tickets when the bus station info shop is closed. This will be very useful. Just wonder why the monthly ticket only lasts 28 days in this app and not a month. I'd feel short changed buying it here as I'd get a full month if I bought it elsewhere. Are there any plans to add the 6/12 month tickets on here? Fantastic idea using Barclays pingit.
Good if you want a day ticket, useless if you want anything else. Overall look and feel of the app is good, just need to broaden what journey types you can buy on it.

I did not notice at first but the app only provides 28 days per purchase on the monthly tickets. In December I expected to receive the additional days on the ticket that the buses do not run, like you do on the paper tickets. I only got 28 days, being 25 usable days as they do not run on 3 days per year. When purchasing a ticket from the ticket stand, they give the full days per month, being 30/31 in most cases. With the app you lose 2 - 3 days per month over the year. This is another ticket per year at £55
