Wessex Bus M-Tickets

As of November 2016 for Samsung galaxy note 4. Currently useless.

Downloaded the app a few hours ago and I have not been able to open it once yet, don't hold up much hope of using it while out for a bus, if I ever do manage to get tickets on it. Will uninstall it and try again

Why would the charges be higher than for cash payment? Surely the whole point is efficiency savings for the drivers, so where's the customer savings?

Crashes on startup, completely unusable.

Worked fine for a month and now it won't connect blaming internet connection and not being able to connect to the server. My internet connection is just fine.

Crashes on open every time.

The app just crashes as you open it. Can't book bus tickets

This app was excellent. Now it crashes every time it opens. Not impressed

My Liberty Card return costs £2.28 twice a week. The only option I could use is 10 singles for £20, almost doubling the cost. No value to me at all.

First payment worked fine, as well as first batch of tickets, but app went downhill from here. All tickets randomly disappear from available even though many remain. Double charged for tickts. Cannot buy any more with registered card. Error message: "you are not allowed to access this service from there". Many othere issues... This app could be really useful if it worked properly. Edit: Having further problems with the app. This time I received an error message informing me that I had bought my tickets on another device and that I could not use them, this was as I was stepping on to the bus! I have been using the same phone since this app was released! This app makes me late for uni and costs me more money than paper tickets.

It's very much a shame that it isn't possible to access holiday timetables directly from the Internet link provided by the app. If you are going to include a link, why not let it be one that gives all of the interesting information instead of half?

What a joke! This is so much more convenient for the drivers and saves Wessex time and money. Where is the single ticket???

Bought 20 tickets. My phone was having separate issues so I had to wipe and restart it. Re-downloaded app and logged back in. All 20 tickets, unused, were marked as expired. £14 down the drain. Cheers wessex.
