Awful app, crashes multiple times every time you try and get your ticket up. Almost had to pay again for a paper ticket! Only plus is day riders last 24 hours.

Needs a fare by mileage option, because unlimited travel is too expensive and unnecessary for some. I.e. you purchase miles rather than just unlimited travel around certain routes.

Takes forever to start, forever to load a screen and nothing offering simple prices for 1 trip or even a return. Disgraceful app.

I usually buy my ticket before the bus gets here and activate it when it does, except the menu is so rubbish you have to faff to find the thing! Thanks. Doesn't let you do single or return tickets for specific routes, only open tickets as well.

Absolute rubbish. It's supposed to be convenient and I cannot get it to load away from my wifi that well and I'm on 4g

App never works. Fix your servers. Or make a new app from scratch and get a proper app developer to do it.

Hello, I was unable to buy tickets to due to the fact that it would not connect to server dispute being connected to wifi. Leading to me missing 2 buses looking for a cash machine. Please fix this.

Too unreliable to be of any use, missed buses as it won't load even though there is good data coverage available

It's convenient when it works, but I just missed my bus because the driver wouldn't let me on as the app wouldn't load, which seems to happen a lot

Well after a few weeks the app is showing no screen crashing and not working with mobile data!! Sometimes i have to walk home due to the app not working for me such an embarrassment!!!

Lack of timetable and other useful features (such as route map or zone map) make it a bit if a pain. Makes buying tickets easy, but it's embarrassing when the app crashes right before you get on the bus and end up making everyone wait on you.

I've had to let buses leave me behind due to the app not loading my ticket. Needs fixing!!!

This app is a great waits of time . I had to reset my phone and when I reinstalled the app my ticket could not be fetched from the server. Save your money!

App no point. Doesn't give you timetables. Fare prices.useless.

App used to work perfectly now it just loads a white screen and is impossible to use

Constantly crashes

Don't bother is constantly crashes, logs you out, takes ages to load, won't load ever on the first time, you can't pay for singles or returns. I went into the city bus shop in the end to get myself a key card. I had to do this or it would have come to a point city bus would have been charged for anger management classes for me !!!!!!

Hopeless. Doesn't include routes, timetables, journey planners, maps showing bus stops, links to buses run by other companies, any reference to Ride Cornwall, or anything else someone visiting Cornwall might need to know. Utterly useless. Incredibly, you'd be better off using First Bus's app if you want to plan a journey on Plymouth Citybus. How bizarre is that?

Didn't have any cash for the bus so downloaded this app. I want a single bus fare not a 24 hour or 7 day one (the only small options). I would have bought a 24 hour one but says zones 1 and 2...nowhere does it explain what zones are where. What they need is a app where you enter in where you are and your destination and it calculates your journey fare, then pay! Easy. Unistalling this straight away, taking up space on my phone!!

Logs out. Loses connection. Crashes. Needs single fayre option. Would not recommend.

I've just purchased my first ticket using the app, couldn't be easier, I like that it lasts for 24 hours which means I get better value for money...and can hop on and off the chosen zone within that time as many times as I like if I want to.

Very easy to use plus your day rider lasts for a full 24 hours and not just for the day. You get more travel for your pounds.

Good but crap.

Twice now I have had to uninstall and reinstall this app while rushing for the bus, not sure why but sometimes the app just won't open and it really ruins an otherwise good app

Now getting weird error message. Can only access tickets already paid for.

I lost my tickets after I formated my phone. I thought they'll save onto the server :(

Had it for about a week now and it is really convenient as your not afraid of losing it unlike the paper ticket, only thing is you don't get those discounted Subway/McD meal. Purchasing them are easier as well. Like how there's those countdown timer to let you know how long your ticket is valid till. The news update also tells you if there is a disruption and if any route is interrupted.

Since the most recent update, when I've gone to buy new tickets, I've had to reinstall the app every time (meaning I have to re-register my card details) otherwise it tells me my payment is declined. Not the best :-/

Has an annoying bug where sometimes the available ticket is marked as expired and you have to go a long way round to get to it.... And interferes with my wear device! Puts a large delay on any button press for example next music track when loaded. Close the app and the problem goes away.....

Ive had issues with this app but it appears to have been fixed! ...I'll see how it goes for the next few weeks and if all stays well, I will up the rating!

This app needs the timetable for all the buses and I think buying tickets via the driver would be much easier that using this app. However, it works fine and runs well aside from the issues that I have just stated :)

A useful app but it is very slow and will only work if you have mobile data. Does not let me buy a ticket using WiFi and because I do not have mobile Data in my office I have to make sure I leave plenty of time before my bus to allow the purchase, download and activation of my M ticket

and it crashes. 'Cannot get brand root id'

Not bad app. It does take an eternity to load so worth loading before getting on the bus so the driver doesn't have a moan at you or drive on because they think you're playing on your phone. The latest update you will have to uninstall and reinstall so you can actually buy a ticket.

I had a lot of unused credit on my old phone. No way of transferring it to my new one. Supposedly an "anti-fraud" device, but it seems like a good way of deterring anyone from using it.

You can't even buy a ticket on the new version!

Should be easy!
