Requires account to do anything, even look at timetables. Couldn't make an account because server was down. It also said I need to enter a valid name with first and last name separated by a space which I did. Is it hard to just have 2 boxes for first and second name.

Really naff, just keeps crashing on my phone, the other bus company app in Bournemouth is more stable, therefore more reliable when waiting for a bus and not having to miss it!

Can't use the app because my phone number is linked to an email which no longer exists and won't allow me to sign up or reset the password.

No longer takes Pingit. That stopped about a year ago. Would be good if there was a wider range of tickets. I went from Wareham to Corfe Castle and Swanage recently but could only buy an all zones ticket. Why can't i get one just for zone C?

Half arsed. Cant transfer to different device, so what if I reset my phone? Will I lose the ticket I paid for? If you're concerned about ticket sharing, allow it to ONLY work on one device at a time. Irritating. Also not really '3' or '7' day tickets; they expire at 3AM on the last day effectively making them one day shorter than advertised. Stupid

Trying to enter a d.o.b. is a nightmare. Also is this an issue for trading standards? I bought a "7 day ticket" but it's only valid for 6 days 17 hours. So I'm irritated and unhappy after the first usage.

So when you buy what they call a '7 day ticket', it actually expires at 3am on the 7th day. Effectively its a 6 day ticket. Also, the app doesn't open swiftly. I have to keep killing all my apps and opening it until it finally works. By this point, I normally have a bus driver moaning at me and trying to get me to pay again. This app used to be amazing but I'm probably going to be checking out the yellow busses next week. It's a mess that's not worth the bother when all I'm trying to do is get to work

Update, a 7 day ticket is now set to expire at 3am making it a 6 day functioning ticket. Old one was amazing, new one needs internet, declined card several times, forced update, runs slower, no receipt once pop up is going, checked everywhere and need one ...

This app would be a whole lot better when you finally put student tickets on it. The adult tickets are a rip off

Maybe I'm lucky but I've never had any of the issues with this app that others have had (maybe try open your app BEFORE you get on the bus??), perhaps an offline mode to access tickets you've already bought would be nice but other than that, good job!

Tickets don't load without an Internet connection, meaning when your WiFi enabled bus arrives, you need to log in first! Also now i can't buy any more tickets so i guess it's back to yellow buses

I can see the funny side with this app. .....I'm sure More Buses know you can't actual buy Tickets with this app....but maybe one day in the distant future the Boffins at More will actually achieve that lofty goal!

Absolute rubbish! How are you selling bus tickets on this app when the app sometimes won't even launch which means I can't get on the bus!

takes forever to open and glitchy/buggy as hell, refreshes itself crashes and re opens, about as messy as the bus service itself

I understand apps request permission to access a lot now, but... Pictures, device history and files, really?!? For an app that barely sells bus tickets?!?

Added this to plan a journey there isn't this feature it's solely for purchasing tickets so it's useless to me.

Used once and it crashed leaving me embarrassed on the bus had to re install it to try to use again.

worked fine until had to factory reset the phone, downloaded the app, signed back in and now it states no tickets, click reset tickets and nothing happens. i have two weeks left on it and will now have to pay tomorrow morning for a £5 trip i have already paid for.

So, I have no cash and need a bus. LET YOUR PHONE BE YOUR TICKET the ad screams at you. Cool, I install the app. Spend ages setting it up with details, card etc. Can I buy a simple ticket on the X2? Can I hell. Absolute balls.

Until this afternoon when I tried to get a bus at Poole Hill and the app didn't load and I just lost my 30 day pass with 7 days left to use...

Says I'm logged in but keeps taking me to the login screen and I can't buy tickets!
