Needs work... Often unable to pick up the fact that it's connected to the internet rendering buying tickets impossible until you restart your phone. On the odd occasion takes about 4 minutes just to open the app meaning you should always load your ticket and have it on standby well before the bus arrives. Needs more payment options from Reigate to Crawley.

Wanted to be able to check bustimes with live updates. This is basically just a ticket app. And why does it need access to my photos and videos!? Junk.

Completely fails to log in at all. Useless

Like this app. But the Lothian buses app that Corethree make allow you to share a ticket that you have perched but not used. That would be great. Please not the £10 minimum spend though.

Complete crap, cannot connect to internet my ass. Had to spend money twice so many times it's not worth the trouble. Just have some cash or go for Metrobus card

Not an issue with the app, but with the tickets you can purchase. Bought a Crawley ticket as was travelling to skylane Horley, which looks like it's in the Crawley zone on the website, to be told on my return that skylane is in the next zone and had to pay another 1.60 on top of my eticket purchase. I cannot tell on the website or when I buy a ticket which zone these border stops are in. Please allow to buy a ticket for a particular service instead.

Everyone says the same thing, the app is unstable and regularly crashes and/or loses tickets. Yet you still don't seem to do anything about it.

Look, it's a good idea, but the app is prone to crashing. Was just denied entry on the bus to work because it wouldn't open. Please fix... I can't risk missing work.

Still the same in the latest version. Takes way too much data for what it does (50mb). Good idea but implemented very badly, the app consistently crashes abd even forgets you have tickets. Not recommended unless your desperate.

The app did not allow purchase of tickets either by PayPal or by card. Very unsatisfactory!

Bought tickets online but it didn't get reflected on the app. App doesn't have direct transaction facility. We need to save card details to proceed which is highly insecure. Overall I lost my money

The app is crashing all the time, I ended up paying for another ticket as couldn't access the app too many times. Also once again logged me out for no reason, asking again for the bank details. Delete!

Crashes all the time. Have to have it ready before the bus stops to pick you up, and leave it on to make sure you can show it.

Saved lots of money with this app and with my 3 in 1 card. Easy to purchase tickets and use them. Highly recommended.

I don't want to give business my number. I don't see a need for the number.

If only it didn't crash so often and fail to upload, I'd have given this a better score.

It works like a charm for me, and since I got to college this is such an easy and cheap alternative

When it works - it is great. Annoying bug where opens to a blank screen after having been open previously, you have to kill the app and restart to get it to work again.

Borderline unusable at times, this app crashes regularly and freezes a lot.it takes forever to load both tickets and the app itself. Clearly not as quality as it's iOS counterpart, doesn't feel like a finished product with much effort put into stability and performance.

Tonight it crashed 5 times in 5 minutes as a result ended up having to pay on the bus when I already had an active ticket for the day. Someone owes me money and takes ages to work. Shame you can't give it zero star can't buy a one day pass and the 1 hour ticket isn't there anymore

Keeps crashing at the time u need to show the ticket. Had to pay fares for my daughter and me three times inspite of having active weekly passes for both of us.

The app fails to load and crashes on occasions, this is frustrating when you've purchased a ticket, then have to buy another ticket on the bus because it won't load. Sort it out. Works great when it decides to.

Much easier to organise my monthly passes and cheaper to buy single and weekly tickets EDIT: since last update it often crashes or fails to load! If this keeps happening then i want a refund of my ticket or remaining days put on the key

This used to be a fairly good if you could get it to accept your bank card, but 4 different bank cards and it doesn't accept any of them. Also was helpful having pingit but now you dropped that it's useless and not worth having!!

Always saying failed to login. Not worth wasting time downloading. Stick to the Web page.

Not able to buy return tickets to Epsom as I would do on the bus!! It would be nice to be able to purchase at least the same tickets as on the bus. Possible development for future release?

Needs to be clearer when purchasing tickets on where you can use tickets. Travelling to Redhill you buy a Redhill ticket yes? No! Even if you are just outside the travel area. Has now cost me twice as much as activated the ticket before getting on bus only to be told it cannot be used need the metro rider ticket. Only option. No wander people don't use public transport.

3 times app crashed. Especially rubbish at Gatwick south terminal

Does not use the same credentials as The Key, you have to sign up again.

Become slower after latest update. It takes more time to start app and to open ticket than in previous version.

As well as the tickets being bloody expensive the app crashes too... right when I'm about to get on the bus!
