As far as ease of use goes its a fantastic app, the customer service is also great i have no issues there at all. The only issue i have is the time it takes to convert currencies... during the bch "fork" i tried to convert from btc to bch, and the conversion took about 12 hours... 4 or so hours before my funds were even sent to shapeshift... however then i found the rates were not even locked in from the time i submitted the converison... losing me hundreds of dollars due to the rates when it finally went through. All in all a great app but dont convert through it unless you have time on your hands, and dont mind paying over $10aud for the service.

Newsbtc reported this issue about xrp missing from cp wallets, the company stated all clients would be reimbursed, so did you guys get reimbursed? Issue reported on June 5th 2017, why CP does not make a statement here is the reason why I gave this app 2 stars for bad PR.

And how user who downloaded this android app can login to they account??? Not everyone have computer so they can't scan with this app, some user's only have tablet so there is no way to signin to account. Any thoughts smart guys from CoinPayments??? Ridiculous signin option app. Shame on you. And there is no support on site to help user to login to they account on android app. 1 star for this and I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS APP TO NO ONE!!!

It's got a nice interface with an awesome purpose. But, it's just not complete (in my opinion): The prices of each of the coins in dollars or euro should be shown; IT'S WAY TOO SLOW, it takes hours to send stuff. I always thought Blockchain bitcoin wallet was slow until I met this wallet... Just too slow! Sometimes I send a coin and forget I ever did because it's impossible to wait for the process.

IF YOU LOST YOUR XRP: It is most likely because you didn't include your "tag". Without a tag your coins go into coinpayments' wallet with no way of identifying your portion. When going to the web site, it clearly says you "MUST" include your tag. The app doesn't warn you about that. This is clearly poor design.

I had 5000 max coins in this acct and now the max coins are gone period. No longer is it on the app or on the website . Up until this time, I would have given this app 5 stars, plus, plus and recommended it to others. Currently I am more than likely going to pull more coins off because I am now afraid more of my funds will disappear...

My money went missing. I had Ripple in my account, but 5 days ago it disappeared. I wasn't the only person affected, thousands of accounts suffered the same problem. They say they will get it back, but it's 4 days now and I haven't heard of them.

Hi, missing my phone a while ago, when download coinpayment back with same acc but wallet coin when missing, there no any support department to rectify the issue. Very disappointed.

It has an icon bug and shows broken images. It also never changes it's balance unless you kill the app and start it again. Lame.

beware of this app all btc automatically sent to another wallet. without ur permission , many of friends wallets becomes zero, they don't know anything but all btc missing from this wallet , when he checks in transactions its shows that btc send by you to another btc address. its really dangerous and make u cry or suicide. there is no support avail here no chat no support req. keep away from this. No one believe but its happen in coinpayment wallet , and all sent ntc addresses are same , i think this wallet is hacked or something else. But transaction done automatically without your knowledge or permission.

My money went missing twice in 1 month. Unfortunately, when I made small transaction below usd100, then the withdrawal is fast. But when I made withdrawal more than that then the money went missing

This is soooooo sad. This is peoples money you are dealing with here. My 200xrp went missing just like that. Gone with the wind. Doesnt make any sense. After d acclaimed "under maintenance ". Coin payment is a no no.

I hate the most is when i convert coin on 9.49am until now 9.11pm also haven't success. And i could not CANCEL!!! the rate is no longer worth but I couldn't do anything at all!!! This is one of the serious weakness that very inconvenience! For cryptocurrency the rate change time on time, this apps didnt block the rate and didnt allow pending conversion.

I have not been to make use of this since i downloaded it,i even had to upgrade but problem persists.

Last night at 2am I sent $30 from my jaxx wallet to the LTC address generated by this app. Jaxx confirmed the transaction but this coinpayments LTC wallet still never received it or even has anything stating it's on the way or anything. So I guess I'm SOL. Horrible app, do not download

Hello I have a problem logging in into my account. You keep denying me access eventhough i type in the correct details.

I downloaded this app to convert LTC to XPR. I tried to transfer LTC into this account, problem is I copied the address and sent to the account, it shows I sent from one account and that the transaction was complete, but there's nothing in my account here and it's been over 24 hours. I feel like this app is a scam. There's no support at all

Carry out coin conversation on yesterday 5:40pm, the transaction still in pending status even past 12hour. Don't know how many another 12hour need to wait

I used this app to store XRP and I was kinda shocked to see all these negative comments. However i tried to transfer it to my other wallet. It worked. But you gotta put the TAG otherwise you will lose it.

Worst app and wallet.I have gnt in my wallet and withdraw them,they are going to pending for 4 days and after 4 days my withdraw cancelled and my etherum dissapear from my wallet. And this app dosent have live or offline support. Very bad experience

Absolute scam. Please take advice and stay away from app. Sent big amount of litecoin to app (which was my first mistake), and over 12 hours later has yet to show up in app. Way to steal my money!!!.....And they deleted my first review. Screenshotting this one!

Cannot use this app for Ripple or any currency with destination tags. I couldn't even find what the destination tag of my wallet was unless I went to their shoddy website and dug through the menus. This is literally not fit for purpose.

This app is awful, I converted maidsafe coin to bitcoin, and it shows me that it is done, but my I didn't get any bitcoin but my maidsafe coin is deducted, can the management give some serious reply here? My money just went missing, and we are not talking about few dollars here but thousands !!!
