GPS on my Galaxy S (2.3.4) went haywire, and nothing I tried helped - until I installed GPS Aids. This nifty little tool worked some obscure magic, and now everything's better than before - right now I'm inside a building and obtained a fix on 4 satellites; in my car, I've placed it on the center console and got a fix on 10 satellites within 10 seconds. GPS never worked better! Although the free version already solved all of my issues, I've donated anyway to support the dev :-)

The title says it all. Downloaded and installed. Followed the really easy instructions and I now have GPS on my Galaxy S with 2.3.3 firmware. Samsung you should be ashamed, If you have a Galaxy S you need this. Well worth the £1.78 ( 2 euro)approx.

Running on Galaxy S2 T989 on Darkside Evo v8 and it works perfectly. Had some difficulty with the software earlier but the support teams respond very quickly to solve the issue. Highly recommend for getting a GPS fix in seconds. Now I locate myself in Maps in just few seconds and I get over 7 GPS fixes.

Unfortunately this app seemed to make my GPS considerably worse. While it appeared to lock on quickly, it became extremely inaccurate and would "wander" all over the place, never settling. I've read through all the information I could find from the developers website with no luck. Wasn't expecting magic, but disappointed anyway. I'm also not a big fan of the interface which I found confusing. At first I couldn't tell what was a button and what was a label. There are help files, but they are lacking in detail.

Running Samsung Galaxy S on AOKP 38. Seems that AOKP is having gps issues besides Galaxy gps issues. GPS was not working at all and I could not find any reliable solution on the Internet. This app fixed it and now gps is able to fix. Thanks :)

I installed GPS free on my SGH=i879 with JB installed, I did not work at first and actually made Google maps off by a few hundred meters. After contacting the developer they personally walked me through some advanced setting which made the app work as advertised. I would recommend this app for anyone having GPS issues. Customer support was awesome.

edit: Since I upgraded my phone to 2.2, I am not able to get the download for the gps fix anymore. Is there something I need to do to get it to work. Right now it just sits on that screen "be patient". I don't pay for apps often. This is a must have for anyone that uses fitness apps.

I'd had very lengthy start up times on my Galaxy S2. As soon as this was installed, GPS lock took less than 5 seconds, and continued to do so every time I started a location enabled program. Well worth the money!

I usually dont write reviews but i was amzed by this product. Before i could never use my G2 for navigation but i DL this app and boom 3 seconds later i can be found on maps and be accurate and not be 1000ft the other way. Great product! Very satisfied!

I had been trying free version for months and decided to upgrade to Donate Version because gps was not working well. Rebooted and voila!!! So grateful. XTRA download, NTP server change, gps status, gps doctor, codes... awesome app! Worth every cent. Edit: Managed to make it work in CyanogenMOD 9. Thanks to developer for support!

After I upgraded my Galaxy note to ICS 4.0.3, I couldn't get any GPS signal at all. I installed this app, did couple of clicks and got right away 15 satelites and position lock couple of seconds later. Amazing!

I've been using the "donate" version of this app for ages with no problem but since the last update it refuses to start and tells me my licence is invalid. I see others have the same problem - any idea when it'll be fixed? (I'd give it a 5-star rating but as I can't even open it I can't really do that. UPDATE: Fixed very quickly. Back to 5 stars.

It didn't work. Despite of the root access, the app was unable to download and install the "fixes", and suggested solution is to re-flash. I already knew that, without paying.
