Best Time To Cross The Border for Android
Although it relies on bwt, with enough people submitting their real-time data, this could become the next waze type app.
Don't show the peatones time, the graphics don't show the days of mis bussy time to cross
Completely unreliable horseshit
In my experience the CPB reported wait times are almost never accurate for the California San Ysidro auto crossing...they generally report a significantly shorter wait time than is reality. The 'user reported' data however is generally spot on.
They have two averages; one calculated with users' GPS and the other one by users that put the time manually. Their manual entry averages may include Sentri users which decreases the average significantly. The app said 1 hour in average and it took me 4.5 hours. Also, not many people use this app so their averages are build with 3-4 entries.
Useful app, not always precise ( with an update hourly, and the dynamic nature of the port of entry times can be off by a few minutes), but good for gauging how long you're going to wait. I use San ysidro most often and use this app to determine what times best to cross to get my taco fix
App gives inaccurate times. We used it to gauge when to travel. App said 1 hour. We have been in line for FOUR HOURS
Great app . It could be the best app video and car count per lane would help. If we users report the border traffic it would help all of us trying to travel and not sit in long lines.
The timing is way off. Not enough users and the app is not accurate. Said 40 min but it's been 2 hours! Sup with that?!
It's helpful but it needs more subscribers to be more eficient and accurate by more people submitting more information this will make this app more popular but I like it good app thanks to the developer.
Has potential but it keeps crashing,
Use it everytime I'm planning to go across the border
I particularly like the ability to save your favorites.
If there were sufficient reports and frequent updates and if the app worked all of the time it works be great. But too often the app isn't working and reports few and infrequent
Irritating most of the time. The information provided matches the CBP info (which is always wrong) however this app crashes quite frequently when opening and upon submitting Ireport which would be helpful for others to know the real time Crossing.
Helps a lot when wanting to know how lkng the wait
I use this app almost every day, I like the layout and the graph for each day, too bad it uses the inaccurate times from CBP website
This used to be my favorite app, but now it won't even open.
Has helped to determine where and what time to cross
Constantemente pide la localización, eso gasta batería.
The wait time was kinda close to what they showed
Thank you now I could cross the border even though I'm an imagrant
Good App but it should use more Real updates by the people who post them.
Worthless piece of crap!
Very accurate.
Great app very accurate
Better if it was updated every 15 min.

In case you're wondering why it only updates hourly, that info comes from US CBP. It has nothing to do with the app. However, when reporting user wait times the app should disregard "false" iReports. In other words, toss out times that do not reflect other iReports. These skew the average wait times. Also, I'd like to see old iReports so I can see wait time trends.
Also it didn't let me submit my own time so other people could know the real time.
App uses Gov data which is (supposed to be) updated hourly, so user reports are important for real time data. But crashes prevent using the timer and frequently prevent submitting the wait time. Saved preferences does not save the choice of lanes ie Std, Ready or Sentri. Historical trend graphs are great for picking a good time to cross. With thousands of people crossing at TJ every day, this could be a great app if it really collected real time data, but with only Gov data, it is only so-so.
Crashes constantly. This app used tot be great, but after they changed the interface all sorts of bugs started popping up. The app can never determine location, and crashes 95% of the time you try to submit a report (that is, if you can even make it to the report page before it crashes first). I'm really disappointed. An app this simplistic shouldn't have any issues. Maybe the developers just stopped caring. Guess I'll try border buddy.
The app won't let me submit a report. Ever!. It always just closes out on me. How are the times ever to be accurate if no one can actually say how long they waited.
Very simple yet powerful application. View historical averages or check current times.
For some time now I have been unable to submit an iReport due to the app crashing. I just got the new Samsung Note 5, hoping the problem might go away, but it didn't. The app still crashes whenever I try to submit a report. Still, the app is very useful. I cross the Tecate, US/MX border several times a week, and it's nice to be able to see how long of a line awaits me. Now, if we can only get the US Border Patrol/Customs to keep the hourly updates submitted. I'm writing this at 10:50am and the last update was at 7am.

This app is a waste of time. The wait times are not based on any verifiable info because the app itself prevents users from submitting wait times that vary from what it thinks the wait time should be. I just crossed the border which took an hour when the app said 20 minutes. When I tried to submit a report, it failed because it was too different from what it's predicted wait time was.
Helps me plan whether to cross through San Ysidro or Otay Mesa, would help if more users submit their times
Like freaking update it and actually care about it, no offense but immigration ppl are the laziest work ever

Not at all reliable. Also, cannot access the graphs.
