I am really annoyed at the minute because pictures will not upload this has been down in the UK for nearly 7 days. This is not good for my business as I need my Booksy matching my thermal business pages. I keep getting notified to rate Booksy so this it what I would currently rate it at I am in my first week of subscription and if I am paying for something I expect it to work properly. I understand there maybe problems sometimes but the turn around to get it fixed is very slow as it ts still not sorted

Booksy has changed my Business FOREVER! As a busy nail salon it has allowed me to focus on my work without stressing that I never replied on that clients message. My clients also love the convenience. The marketing messages and income reports is such a big bonus! Hopefully they will one day add expense options. Customer service is AMAZING! Tasneem has been there for me every step of the way!

I wasn't happy at first because it had sent a message to everyone. But once I got the setting figured out and turned the auto messaging off it has been wonderful. My clients love having this as an option. I love not having to carry and appointment book around with me.

A very great app to use. Very user friendly, definitely helped boost my clientele amount and very easy for others to refer me to Future clients. Photo gallery makes it easy for those to view your work, prices are set to your choice so people know what you charge for each service. Recommended to any stylist who are typically booked and need more assistance with scheduling. Helps out a lot.

Overall good app. My client base isn't well enough to keep it. However I talked to Anna through chat and wanted to cancel.. she never said she would have someone in contact with me an hour later i get a message about rating the chat so i rated the quality of the chat low.. now she's arguing with me through it telling me how unfair it is that i rated the chat low and i need to be patient .. she needs some customers service advice. Not to message customers telling them they are wrong! I may not use this again because of her.
