Este manual foi desenvolvido para ajudar os estudantes da UCM na sua fase clinica durante a rotação de pediatria. Os meios diagnósticos e o manejo das doenças mais frequentes em Moçambique foram adaptados as circunstâncias locais, onde nem sempre existem os meios e os medicamentos recomendados ao nível internacional. This manual is designed to help students of UCM in its clinical phase during rotation of pediatrics. The diagnostic methods and management of the most frequent diseases in Mozambique local circumstances have been adapted, where there are not always the means and medications recommended at international level.
