Um einen echten Pizzateig herzustellen braucht man vor allem hochwertiges Mehl.
Für den Pizzateig in seiner Urform verwendet man Weizenmehl. Das Mehl das wir verwenden ist ein Italienisches Produkt und wird wie in alten Zeiten
in einer Steinmühle gemahlen.
Die Besonderheit des Steinmahlwerks liegt darin, dass das Korn nicht geschnitten,gehackt oder erhitzt wird sondern langsam schonend bei niedriger Drehzahl zerrieben wird. Dadurch wird gewährleistet das seine Wertvollen Inhaltsstoffe Vitamine, Mineralstoffe und der Keim des Korns reich an Eiweißstoffe geschützt wird.
Der Teig wird in einem langen Prozess hergestellt.
Die Zeit ist auch notwendig durch eine langsamen Teigführung werden die Hefekulturen aktiviert und der Teig wird leicht und bekömmlich, aromatisch und beim backen krokant.
Wir verwenden 100%Italienische Tomaten. In der Sonne Italiens gereift so das sie leicht säuerlich und sehr aromatisch sind.
Bei uns gibt es auch keine fertigen Käsemischungen sondern nur Mozzarella die eigentliche Hauptzutat für eine Original Pizza. Wir verwenden nur hochwertige Produkte.
