New app is very bad and requires login twice and the interface is basically the shop and ship website ... bring back the old app it was better Update review 02/21/17 Its been sometime since I have the used this new shop and ship app and all the new problems are still there. Again the new app is basically the shop and ship website, the app asks me twice to login my credentials and always asks for me to upload identification documents. Please brjng back the old app .. it was a lot better

The new look version contains basic UI bugs despite numerous updates being pushed out. Most frustrating is that I am constantly mashing my screen trying to get the app to respond to input, yet nothing happens.

Login error, new account error, such a shame for a big international company having a poor app in 2017 on top of it being so costly. Please don't reply sweet words it's ok, just forward your app to a decent programming company.

This app use to work fine... but now it went crazy!. When tracking my packages. I click on one package but it will show me the details of another package even from a different country!! and so on!

Ok. I like the new interface. But this new design isn't reliable at all. Keeps asking for my email and password every single time. I'm really missing the old version of your app. It used to work and that's the whole point.

Uselesa application. Website is no better either. Can find my packages or my addresses on the app. Nothing what so ever loads

Shipment details (number, type and nick name) get mixed up when I have multiple shipments in my inbox!

It lags alot very slow and not friendly animation between pages. Very poor coding. I think it was made using HTML or something like that. It is not native at all.

Even with the latest update, the app still will not login to my account. Fix it, It keeps displaying "an error has occured".

Needs and overhaul. It's nice, but full of bugs and mostly doesn't work. Needs urgent update

Service of delivery extremely bad and good app does not make up for their consistent poor service

Of course great service but the new app is very buggy, the older one was much better, also I got a wrong notification about the location of my shipment, it was in Dubai I got notified that it was in London.

Even with the latest update still can't view my addresses!!!!! .... previous version was more better and more easy to reach all options ....

Shipment times is not correct , 4 hours more than real time , fix it

The look and feel is ok but the app crashes alot and forgets the login with password; sometimes cant pay for packages. Failure

It sucks .. it's keeps.giving me login error... while shop and ship on the lap top opens smoothly. . Lobed the old version better

this app is unhelpful & confusing, you used to have an older version of this app it was very helpful. but the new version dose not help at all. i recommend you to change it to the older version.

Not user friendly and the content is not well designed and organized. I am confident they can make it much better.

Cannot get past login page, says "an error has occurred".

To whom it may concern at aramex shop and ship please do the needful to rectify the application as contains some bugs and it's not stable at all crashes all the time

Paid for lifetime membership via web; it didn't recognise that such has been paid for and ask to pay again when I attempt to log in via Android app.

The clock timestamps shown in Shipment History are wrong, it adds the GMT offset to the local times shown, so for example it might show a shipment received in Riyadh at "09:07" when in fact it was received at 06:07. Please fix this.

I have been using it. But now it is asking for login and after I entered email and password, it is showing address as second step and giving error that unable to register. I am unable to use it.

What happened to this app? Couple years ago it was working greatly, but right now I can't login to my account anymore, it's basically broken & useless now, please fix it or return the older version.

The new version keeps asking to load ID. This is not new account, I have been using this for 2 years now!!. Please fix the problem or let us use the old version!!

What's interesting is that Aramex Technical Support has been sending the same response to people's complaints for months...clearly suggesting the app issues are not getting fixed. I heard Aramex was terrible (and terribly expensive), I just didn't believe it.

I was charged hugely without prompting me. The app is not even working. I just need my money back not interested in the app anymore. I am so upset, tanx

Always tell me wrong password and username. But from my labtop its ok.

Very useful application but sometimes stuck when you have multiple shipments coming to different account

If you can add ((delete)) for the shipping i received to no what i have not be collected

The whole point of an app is to not have to enter your username and password everytime you use it. Well you do have to do that with this app. IT IS A TERRIBLE APP! Still get an error every time you try to open the app. They have fixed nothing for months. Clearly they care little about their customers. It also shows in their customer service. Terrible app by a terrible company.

Do not install this app, it gives error when invoked. I do not believe that the one who did it knows the alphabit of programming. Seems that aramex are suffering bank corrupsy to hire such staff, this company is nothing but crap, I wrote this comment since 29/10/2016 today is 04/12/2016. The problem is still inspite the fact that I have been informed that they will resolve it sooner. This was on 30/10/2016. Now it is 01/01/2017 and aramex did not do any thing to resolve the issue yet.

Seriously, everytime I try launching this app, it returns an error with my loginsbeven though they do work on the shop and ship page. Guys put some more effort and get rid of these bugs please.

Unfortunate. This app used to work just fine. They updated the design, which I like, but every time I try to sign in, it gives a login error. Tried uninstalling, clearing the app cache, everything, it's still not working.

Really i dont find wirest than this. Service...laieing...no one care...no one give right info...customer service is a real zero I advise everyone here. Do even think to say the name on of this comany. And advise all u know. To do the same
