《翎格設計Ringo Design》總監潘怡華於求學階段曾經赴日本神戶藝術工科大學（Kobe Design University）攻讀工業產品及空間設計，接受日本文化的薰息。畢業後，她決意將日式「清美學」及職人精神帶回台灣，多年來致力闡揚「樸實直率、淡雅清麗」的日式空間語彙。
透過女性視角，潘怡華以極細膩的設計觀點，打造室內空間「清美學」，累積多項備受讚賞的設計作品，這次她將發行《清美學》App，在分享自己的設計心得與作品之外，亦致力闡揚「樸．直．淡．麗」的空間語彙。
