The update still hasn't fixed the display issue despite me raising this with them at the beginning of the year. They eventually responded to tell me that it was fine and no one else was having this issue. A 5 sec look at the comments says this isn't true. I can't submit a payment as it won't size correctly on my screen so it cuts off before the submit button. Ridiculous.

Worst app ever. Can't add a recipient due to some random error message then try to do a one off payment and get "can't use a credit card on this account, use a debit card" so I use a debit card and "can't use a debit card on this account use a credit card".

Worst app ever, you can store bank cards but can not use them, it only works if you enter the card details again, stored card function is faulty as it gives a 502 error if you try to use the stored card. Great if you like re entering all the information each time you want to make a payment. App developers obviously dont want to fix it.

This app is now useless to me, since the last update I cannot use it as it doesn't fit the screen. Resizing issue, please correct this developers!

Used to be great since update text size has ballooned in size making the app totally unusable.... Shame huawei p8 lite 2017 android 7 Total total tosh

Absolute waste of time. Simply won't work when I run the app it immediately tells me it's timed out and to check my internet connection.

After waiting for the big update still the font is too large, so not all of the information needed to proceed can be entered

Why bother with a payment app which doesn't bloody pay. Rubbish.

Don't understand the negative feedback, this app is a life saver ... saves me a trip to the shop to pay for utility bills. THANKS

Worked once! Error 520 every time I try to use it now, very poor.

Installed and tried to make a payment, e ery time tried to input recipient details it kept coming up with hazard sign and then "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". So basically it doesnt work! Not happy with the app.

All pay more like can't pay no point in an app to help make payments when it won't let you make the payments . Just very annoying

Useless does not adjust the screen size so half the options are missing, meaning I cannot use it to pay anyone

I try to pay my rent every month. In 7 months the app has only worked once!

Was all working ok but now suddenly shows "invalid transaction reference" for no apparent reason Uninstalled & re-installed the app & it works a couple of times but then the same problem reoccurrs - checked all my details & they are correct so please could you explain?

Registers my VISA Debit card OK; but when I enter my 19 digit Haringey Council HousingRentChargesCard 19 digit number it keeps coming up with the error message 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object' whatever that means, not non tech user friendly jargon, but I think it wants a barcode, as it turns on the camera when I press the barcode icon, despite Haringey Council, who plug this app like mad on their site & letters, not having a bar code on their rent payment cards. Low I.Q. setup ignorance & Insanity.

App worked perfectly last week, now it will not load and 'times out' claiming poor Internet connection. Have tried with WiFi and mobile Internet.

When are you going to fix the issue of not being able to add another payee ?? This is on going since April. I have e mailed 3 times each time to be told it has been passed on to the relevant department.. no follow up.. no reply ... shocking service. Considering this app is designed to make paying bills easier.. I think you are falling way short of that.

I love the idea of this app. I thought it would be great as I work unsociable hours and always miss the shops with a paypoint. When I downloaded the app and entered my details, it seemed great. Until I closed it and reopened it to find that my card details are gone and I'd have to reenter them to make a payment. If that issue were addressed, it would get a better review and more stars. The UI could do with a revamp and more options to more payees and accounts.

Ive had this app for over 4 years, changed phones 3 times since then and never had a problem with using the app. I'm 3 months in to my 4th phone and never had a problem until today. I can't log in as it tells me the username/password is incorrect. I can't reset password, it's saying I am 'not authorised to perform this action' and when I try to create a new account using the same email, it says 'account not found', even when trying a different email address. Please fix this! It's a brilliant app otherwise

Usually use this every month but cannot delete or add any cards and has been going on all week. Will have to use something else to pay my bills. Such a shame

Great to pay my bills so easy. For people who get 509 error, it is because you do not put security card 3 digit code in the security section at main payment screen. You must do the same I was doing, using the security code you used to register for allpay.
