Unfortunately, the latest update destroyed a great program. The prior version was easy to use and caused our customers very few issues. With the new version, we often have crashes mid way through the entry and our customers often have difficulty even figuring out what to do. Please roll back this upgrade until you make the software perform like the last version. Otherwise, we are just going to stop using it since it is costing us customers.

Old software was much better and didnt crash all the time. some DL crash new version, and height and weight always seem to crash along with city and county

After I try to go to the yes/no section of the app after entering my personal info it just goes to a grey screen and never opens, you push the back button and then the app crashes

Won't open correctly, stops unexpectedly. . Cannot do anything other than fill out an e4473.. needs A LOT of improvements. Great potential though
