Contacts Transfer Backup Sync & Dialer: InTouchApp

Has been good but recently has deleted all contacts for no reason and after going online to restore I got most back but a large selection restored by name but with none of the numbers or contact details. I use my mobile for work do this has caused huge issues.

It is steeling our personal information and igot a mail from own account, that means they can read my mails,and send any contents from your contacts to any mails, as if you have send it. Beware!

i had more than 3000 users and now 456 .... intouch app screwed my list

What's the use if the chrome extension is not connected with the android app? I paid 12$ for the extention and they're asking me yo upgrade here too? Someone needs to contact me before i request refund from paypal

It is not a bad app and it does great things if you can live with the irritations that come with it. My biggest gripe is that it backs the contacts up as In Touch Contacts and not phone contacts as they were originally entered. Hence when looking for a contact in my address book it is not there and then you have to jump to the app to find the contacts to phone or text. This is just a mission since I don't want to go into this app I want to look for my contacts in my sms or dialler app and then text or call I've now also been a paying user and still losing contacts all the time. Seriously guys?

Great app to transfer contacts between platforms

I used this app to transfer contacts across platforms and to back up my contacts. It used to be great for that. Now it takes over your contacts, tour messaging, and even tour phone calls. I went through my contacts before switching devices, i synced the contacts and then synched them to my new device. It installed old contacts that I had deleted and lost information for other contacts. When i unistalled the app it wiped all contacts from my device. This is truly a buyer beware situation.

Excellent. Not only we can synch the lost contacts from phone but even if contacts are deleted from phone then we can log in to accounr on computer and restore deleted contacts to 7 days or 30 days earlier list. Then can synch again with phone. The reply to my query was instant and directed me how to restore the contacts that were deleted both from phone and app by a virus. 5 stars

Is there any other way to login apart from using my phone number? It seems i can't get the verification text message yet most of my contacts are saved on this app.

Does what it should but you must keep your own contacts up to date or you will import old outdated info, definitely been improved over the years

Didn't save my contacts on phone reboot, lost almost all details. Customer help unable to help.

Helpful, but sometimes cannot get the verification number when changing my simcard. Other alternative to log in besides using phone number?
