Gulf Tides - Texas to Florida for Android
I am a fly fishing guide out of Houma, LA and use this app all the time. It beats the so called free apps because there is no SPAM and the information is always accurate where the free ones are hit or miss. I subscribed to the weather feature and that is totally worth it too. If you are serious about fishing or boating in the Gulf of Mexico this is the tide app us guides use. I also love their support, these guys really work hard to make this an app for fishermen and answer emails right away.
We built this tide app due to being fed up with the in-accurate predictions from the "free apps" filled with spam ads. We fish for a living so it is critical tides are accurate. This app downloads the latest predictions from NOAA. You'll notice we respond quickly, we do this because we value your opinion and genuinely like to help other fishermen and boaters. We've added a weather ADD-ON feature that we feel is the most accurate. This feature is not required to use the tide app or other features. We are VERY responsive with support and take all suggestions to heart. This tide app is a major part of our day and we appreciate your support and input as we continue to add features.
On the texas southern coast there are alot of bouys missing. The ones actually inside the corpus christi bay, and in the nueces bay, bib hall pier, these are the ones i was hoping for. The closet one is 50 miles away in port aransas. Anyway that you guys could add the three i mentiomed above?

It would be nice to have the current predictions also. Im a tow boat Captain and this would help tremendously.
Thre are better free apps.
I don't know how I lived without this tide app! I can EASILY pinpoint tides near me using GPS and also view boating and fishing grounds directly from this app. The charts show me water flow between high and low tides which is key for good fishing and i can forecast the data to plan fishing trips ahead of time, WINNER and a great bargain for the price!
I love how i can go anywhere in the Gulf of Mexico and have live tides tables from NOAA right on my phone. The tide flow chart and satellite view is key to planning a good fishing trip especially when locating good fishing grounds! Tight lines, Nestides bravo!
