SkyMeter

SkyMeter is an Android App in as will as web server. Users could use the android app to capture their sky with very limited restrictions, then the app analysis the captured image to get sky color, status and Aeronet information without any internet connection requirements. The app enables users to save the image with addition to its information in the mobile SSD memory.
In case of internet availability, the user could upload the image and information to SkyMeter site.

SkyMeter is one of challenges submitted to "Nasa International Space Apps Challenge 2015", 11-12 April 2015, under Earth track.

In the the first release, you can snap a shot for your sky, or explore your mobile gallery and discover what is your sky color components in RGB space, upload your image into SkyMeter Server IP.
