I was disappointed by update. I thought it the matter should have been resolved as it had been a while since the first comment. However, I have found a way to solve this issue with the assistance from staffs of Nando's @ the Spring. (5 stars to service) If you have the same problem, login your acc via the website or browser. It should do the trick.

First thing that needs to be changed, the way to enter my birthday. It would be much easier to just enter it rather than using this calendar pop up. Luckly for me i only had to go back to the 80's... Second thing is i dont get what my religion and my annual incomes has got to do with me getting a free chicken...

After update lost my full chicken reward n mango chicken, sob sob, this is very disappointing, how do I get back my rewards? Pls help, im a great fan of Nandos, I want my free chicken uuuwaaaa...

Im having the same problem like the rest. Unable to view reward page. i have rewards expiring soon. can i still redeem at your store by just mentioning my id number ?

After numerous complaints regarding the Peri-vilege page being unable to be opened, the page can now be opened again. Good work app admins.

VERY IMPORTANT. The Nando's app has a default permission for changing your phone system's settings. Please turn off the permissions or uninstall the app. Devs, why on earth would your app require changes to the phone's system? No excuses

Same problem with reward page. Complained many times with same replies, till now yet to fix the bug. Wake up la....do something !!!

Unable to view my rewards page after I updated to the new version. When can this issue of "unable to view the reward page" be solved? As there are many others that have the same review since Feb or earlier！

Worst UX. To set the birth date, you have to click month by month! Takes so long that I uninstalled. Worst app developer ever.

i install this app，because there was advertisement said i can get a free bite after i Install this app，but now is already 2 weeks，and i get nothing。

I can't login to rewards page after updating the apps. The page empty. Still same aft I restart my phone or re-install the apps
