BlueNMEA for Android
Should forward to ip & port instead of listen. Uninstall
Used this for my wardive stats using Kismet. Worked perfectly. Thanks a lot.
I am using it with gpsd on my laptop over a bluetooth serial port. I wish it had the option to use my altimiter instead of the gps altitude though.
Now it doesn't even work. Jellybean 4.2.2. Pleaaaaasse update it for JB !
Now that I have this if I can find similar for compass data I'll be set. Nice work.
I'm using this apps with tcp gpsd on my raspberry.
Now it doesn't even work. Jellybean 4.2.2. Pleaaaaasse update it for JB !
Use this app to connect my gps to my laptop
Just works. Thank you!
Works fine on galaxy s4
Should forward to ip & port instead of listen. Uninstall
The display resolution of the app is not compatible with my Nexus 6 Lollipop 5.1.1 To bad, because I really liked this app on my previous phones.
Disneywork.
Works pretty well, used with Goops and Google Earth on pc
"Hci_get_route() has failed" on my g1 donut. Uninstalled.
On an unrooted droid i get hci_get_route() has failed.
F/C a lot on moto Droid need more options to sync up wish someone would create a USB tether style
Needs improvement.
It be nice if it would just route the NEMA strings from the GPS out the USB port for PC use.
Doesnt seem to work with the droid. When it connects to a remote, it doesn't do an SDP query, and tries to connect to an invalid RFCOMM port.
Sadface...guess it doesn't work with donut.
Using this on my MyTouch 3G, GPSGate and S&T both report that the data is not NMEA compatible.
Great app....hope you are working to make it listen for connection aswell
Turn on Bluetooth guy, connected ok, then errors and drops out. Top idea looking forward to updates
Dont work for me. Nothing happens when I click on the connect button...
Look forward to it working on Hero! But it doesn't right now, sadly.
This app requiers a rooted phone, if your having trouble, ROOT
It will work in Hero someday? Or Hero didn't have all BT stack for this to work?
Love the idea, downloaded it and about to try
Great idea, but app is broken.
Does not pick up laptop
Using GPSD in Backtrack 5 R2 with commands gpsd -N -n -D 3 /dev/rfcomm0 The majority of attempts fail on initial pairing/configuration of Bluetooth serial port etc. gpsd fails to pull any GPS data from phone time and time again even though all connections seem to solid on both devices. I have found a work around that seems to consistently work. 1. Switch off handset wifi 2. Restart handset Bluetooth 3. Restart handset (reboot) 4. Then start handset wifi then stop handset wifi 5. Establish your Bluetooth connection as normal 6. Open bluenmea 7. Establish Serial Bluetooth rfcomm0 connection 8. Run gpsd -N -n -D 3 /dev/rfcomm0 9. GPS over Bluetooth should now come flooding though For some reason having wifi enabled dramatically affects the quality of the Bluetooth signal. I hope someone find’s this information useful.
Now it doesn't even work. Jellybean 4.2.2. Pleaaaaasse update it for JB !
Just the job. Could do with switches for btooth/tcp and display of wifi ip. An exit option could prevent tcp server hangs that require force quit.
Works fine with goops and google earth
Doesn't work on my htc desire and linux. (It's the app fault, because other similar app works, though not fine neither). Please fix it.
It works great on my xperia x10 2.3.3
Thanks
Works perfectly. Using this app on my EVO to connect with my Nook Color. Simple UI, resource-friendly. Great job on a handy app!
