App destinada a los pacientes del Hospital General Universitario Gregorio Marañón, indicado para el seguimiento de pacientes con tratamientos antineoplásicos.
La App ayuda a realizar un seguimiento de la enfermedad por parte de su equipo médico.

¿Qué es Nabelia?
Nabelia es un sistema diseñado para ayudarte a controlar tu tratamiento como soporte de autocontrol y evolución. El sistema Nabelia está compuesto por una aplicación móvil (App) y una carpeta web personal de información, accesible a través de internet.

En el proceso de registro, el usuario de Nabelia permitirá el acceso del personal sanitario a su carpeta de internet durante la consulta, con el fin de facilitar el control de la evolución de sus variables clínicas, el cumplimiento de objetivos y la adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico.

Nabelia también incorpora información preventiva, recomendaciones de autocuidado, avisos de tomas de fármacos, gestión de tratamientos y una completa agenda para el seguimiento diario.


¿Cómo puedo disfrutar de Nabelia?
Si dispones de un terminal móvil “Smartphone” (consultar disponibilidad con el sistema operativo de tu terminal), contacta con tu farmacéutico especialista del Hospital para participar en el programa de autocontrol.

Una vez activado en el sistema, sólo tendrás que instalar la aplicación en tu dispositivo móvil y configurarla según tus preferencias.
Algunos pacientes podrán también delegar esta gestión en los teléfonos móviles de tutores o familiares que se ocupan de su cuidado.

Nabelia. La aplicación móvil…

Autocontrol. Contiene las variables de medición periódicas (relativas a la patología) que tú mismo has programado. Con Nabelia podrás registrar los valores diarios o semanales de tus variables clínicas para facilitar su seguimiento por parte del especialista, o registrar episodios basados en listas de síntomas.
Tratamiento. Nabelia te ayuda a gestionar tu tratamiento farmacológico, permitiéndote especificar los fármacos y planificar y validar las tomas en cada momento. Desde la aplicación podrás también añadir otros fármacos y tratamientos.
Diario de Actividad. Te permite tener bajo control tus eventos planificados, ya sean autocontroles, tomas de fármacos o incluso las visitas con tu médico. También puedes añadir eventos de cualquier otro tipo con sus recordatorios y tareas en tu diario.
Información y Prevención. Tu aplicación contiene recomendaciones sobre el tratamiento farmacológico, como uso y conservación, así como precauciones a tomar e información sobre posibles interacciones.

La carpeta WEB del paciente.
Toda la información que introduces en la aplicación, desde los autocontroles y agenda hasta las tomas programadas y validadas de los fármacos, queda registrada en un espacio personal denominado “carpeta del paciente”, alojado en un servidor remoto securizado y accesible vía web tanto por el paciente como por su médico autorizado. La carpeta permite valorar la evolución del paciente en el tiempo y plasmarla cómodamente de forma gráfica.

Information and Prevention. Your application contains recommendations on pharmacological treatment, use and conservation as well as precautions to take and information about possible interactions.
WEB patient folder.
All information you enter on the application, from the self-monitoring and agenda until the scheduled and validated drug outlets, is recorded in a personal space called "patient folder", housed in a secured and accessible remote server via web both the patient and its licensed physician. The folder can assess the patient's progress over time and turn it comfortably graphically.
