暗示・アファメーションを習慣化～MyAffirmation

このアプリではアファメーションを行います。

アファメーションとは断言するという意味です。
自分は在りたい状態の言葉を断言して言い続けることで、人はその状態になることが出来ます。

このアプリの使い方は画面にタッチすることでアファメーションの文字が表示されます。
設定した秒数、タッチし続けると文字が光ります。

このアファメーションを毎日行えば、あなたは理想とする状態になることが出来ます。


思いでの写真や、テンションの上がる音楽、好きな言葉など

自由に設定できますので、いろいろ試してみてください。


遊び機能として、文字のスクロール機能も付けました。

長い文章などはスクロールして表示するようにしてください。

オグ・マンディーノの「地上最強の商人」の文章とかはこちらのほうがいいかもですね。
