About MHz
MHz is an easy to use application to read and write NFC Tags. It works with both NTAG203 as well as NTAG213. Preferably the NTAG213 tag IC.
It comes with different write features, such as WIFI switch, which once written on the NFC tag, will work as an ON/OFF switch. Enabling WIFI if it is disabled, or disabling it, if it is enabled.
To read the NFC Tag and perform the task written on the Tag, place the back of the device close to the NFC Tag. The Tag will be read and the task performed.
Do not launch the application, to read the NFC Tag and perform the task. Just bring the device close to the Tag, and the Tag will be read.
If you have bought the Maps Application use the Maps Bookmark write facility to write a NFC Tag that will automatically create a Maps Bookmark of the current location. Great for locating where you parked the car. Just stick the NFC tag on your car dashboard, and bring the Phone close to the NFC tag when you want to remember the location. No need to launch the Maps application, just bring the phone within touching distance of the NFC tag and the Maps application will create the bookmark automatically.
One unique feature of MHz, is the sleep mode, which will do the following, once written on the NFC tag:
1. Switch off WIFI if enabled
2. Switch off Bluetooth if enabled
3. Switch off WIFI Hotspot if enabled
4. Switch off Mobile Data if enabled only on Android Version less than 5
5. Put the device into silent mode (or vibrate mode in Android Version 5)
