Big improvement on the old app after initial changing of address problem and calling customer service but have yet to use it. Took ages to scroll back the years on your calender to my birthdate to set it on the new app however! Must be an easier way! List of purchases a great idea as well. Would like to see more parades and events in offers however.

I cant see my $20 reward card I receieved a couple of months backm why is it not appearing?

Latest update cannot connect to shoe my myer one card and purchases. Logging out I can no longer log in.

I think it's ridiculous that a secondary card holder can't see the purchase history. Why should I have to always wait for my husband's availability to be able to check things like warranty? If the primary card holder wants this, it can be an option, but limiting the secondary card holder indiscriminately is unfair

This app would be so much better if it notified Myer One members of the store promotions. Surely this wouldnt be too hard to do for members?

It is awesome, I can see transaction numbers and goods purchase. Best is when I lost my receipt I Can used the transaction number to exchanged or get the refund.

Love the update! Being able to view transactions, reward cards and scan the myer one card directly from the app is great.

Not as convenient as previous edition. I cannot check purchase history, there is no rewards after 2000 points collected and the points updates are not even within 24 hours.

Great update from the previous version. Easy to use and see all transactions. Nice design too.

I have never ever seen a worst design of an app. Especially when it ask you to enter your date of birth. You can not just type in your birthday you have to scroll down to your actual date and Year. It took me a really long time and at the end i gave up. Uninstall

Major security issue. It stupidly displays all security and private information including full name, birthdate, membership number, address, phone no and email address. Pretty much all information anyone needs to access any accounts. It does not log off automatically either and stays logged in. If you forget to log off and lost your phone, be prepared for identity theft.

Very poor. Installed on my Galaxy S5 and tried to log on. Repeatedly (over a number of days) fails telling me that there is a server error and to try again later. My wife who has the app on a Galaxy S4 mini has no problems.

I sincerely hope Myer have never paid the developer for this useless garbage. They have created so many different versions over the years but none have ever worked. Oh look an all new version that is still too broken to even login

Rubbish. Wont let me scan my card and no alternative. Previous version was great. This one is useless.

Wife on this loyalty card for years & never been rewarded. You lose earned points per yr, just a marketing scheme - not rewarding

Looks good, impracticable Pre useless app tbh accumulate $1000 to get $20 off. Needs way more offers or even like a 10% discount at gold membership

Finally on Android! As a non-Apple user I am happy. One less card required in the wallet! ;P

Agree the birthdate selection functionality is a terrible user experience and needs fixing straight away. Many better ways to have users select their birthdate without using free text.
