Already had "personal verification code" but app doesn't seem to want or use this, had to request a different verification code that arrived by e-mail - and it didn't work. App deleted, you really need to test properly before releasing.

Not what I expect from my optician. This App is so bad that I have given up part way through the registration process. It won't even allow an easy entry of my phone number and switches the keyboard back to alphabetic after each entry of a digit!! Uninstalling.
