For your information, I cant access to the internet over one week at my rent house in temonyong,langkawi. This is very dissapointing as at this time i need to do a lot of work that really need to use the internet. Before this,i can use my portable wifi at my rent house without any problem but now it is very dissapointing. I already called your yes care about three times and there was no any action taken by your company. So, i really hope that you can fix my connection problem. Thank you.

I reinstall is same n not all wi-fi can use to call !!!! I hate to use yes wi-fi most of place no wi-fi late say in my house 1st floor only can get wi-fi if I bring down the Wi-Fi to my hall Internet become RED can't get wi-fi some more my house in town side how come the Wi-Fi too bad ? If let say I go overseas got wi-fi cannot connect to yes how want to use ? Got wi-fi but cannot call i try call but cannot hear anything !!!!! Last time don't have this problem now days a lot problem.

I love YES so much till i brag about it to my fam & friends. LOL. You guys are reliable. Where ever i go,i bring my huddle with me. Even when i went back to Kedah, its still fast. Like still green. Even when its raining outside, i'm not affected, at all. Unlike other provider. I also love the fact that i can buy super boosters so i dont have to wait until next recycle billing. Keep up the good job guys!

Pay for nothing..!! Even at Langkawi Airport out of coverage!! Most parts of Langkawi too!! The sad part is have to bind with 2 years contract, if not I will sure terminate the contract!! Not like TM On The Go good coverage everywhere in Langkawi and good thing is no contract.

During call, with phone close to face, the screen will go blank due to proximity sensor. But when the phone is away from face, the screen stay blank. Even pressing power button or home button, screen will come alive very very quickly , blip, and go blank again and impossible to hang up phone. 100% sure its not sensor problem because i tested it with regular phone call and it behaves ok. Samsung galaxy s4 with most up to date software.

so far this apps is can be used with mobile data if not using the yes devices...but i hope yes can consider if can make a video call by using this apps...keep it up yes 4G....

the connection is faster than any other network i've tried so far.. its just that whenever im calling or texting with my yes number they charge me on my monthly bill. i pay for MYR79 for my yes plan and its written at there credit limit RM158 . so i wonder what was the credit limit on my monthly plan? confuse~

Yes 4g is the worst wifi network ever. What do you expect us to be satisfied with your service. You got limited network area, even in the building and basement. Expensive rate for every month. Yes4g is such a burden to us. Do something! rn, I hated it so much.

The Yes Life looks like unable to work in Android lollipop version. Please advice.

The title speaks for itself. It's a great app as a secondary number but if you could allow us to use the internet quota from our yes id on our phone that would be great. I don't just want to call and text with my yes id on my phone but i also want to surf. Thanks

Huawei Honor 4x - can't sign in. Message indicate that Internet Connection not available, but that is not true. Update: For first time log in, I need to use the YES 4G. After that I can log in with other Wifi or 3G

I'm using note 5 and the problem is i cannot find where the settings menu is. Usually in my old note 2 i could find it even Sony z1 too. How can i find it?

I know this app still can to check but only for iphone and old andriod phones can see & check. When at home on my wifi, I keep getting this error message that I was login somewhere else. How to fix this? But I am OK with my mobile 4G connection. Why no response from YTL?

Its says 'cannot connect to server.please check intrnet connection'. My intrnt connection is just fine..watching youtube or browsing the intrnt is no problem..but cannot sign in to yes..

The line while calling have problems on receiving, the person received calling can't hear with clear. Hope to improve soon

yeslife great to use in overseas. the only is trouble need to ensure make call or sms every 45 days to keep the number. possible got longlife such rm30 for 1 year extend expire date. that will be great. It will be good if you allow sip such as cssimple. Thus more apk application can use. if allow such as sip cssimple apk and more flexible and more phone can use without reliance on yeslife apk. Some apk save more battery.

I am using Samsung Note 3. I could not make a voice call / send SMS. Hope you can fix this so that i can utilize my free voice call / sms. Otherwise, this can be considered a fraud since i am paying a service which i cant even get the benefits from it.

It kept not logging in and with a notice of "signing in" after rebooting my phone. Sometimes it pops up and with a notice "Your account signed in at a different location". Hey, a handphone should be portable right? So annoying. Please fix. Otherwise a good calling app with a clear voice without delay. (Deserve this because we are paying!)

Previously use with my SAMSUNG S3 its working fine but when i switch to Oneplus One,it didnt work :( it didnt have menu button. The only way to sign out is to force stop the app.

your ios app is generally good but android version is bad. it is so bad that I've given up. network connection is almost always zero within buildings. the only time I can remember where "superb" happened is at genting. North south highway connection not stable from JB to Penang, didn't happen as sales promised 2 years ago. Contracted for 2 years and let go after 2 years is due to unsatisfactory overall service compared to other telco operators.

Congrats to YES 4G. Good, reliable one compared to other service provider.. BUT. I really look forward if you guys at Yes 4G can do something to provide an easy way for Debit Card users to pay our bills through your website or YES LIFE Apps.

You need to have access to the internet to be able to use its services(call & text). Why not enable smartphones to connect to Yes directly? People may pay for the contract but will not stay for the user unfriendly service provides. I take the time to comment because Yes is my favourite ISP for its fast & stable line. The customer support is helpful too.

Good apps but cant check data usage... already go to setting but there is no status for data usage..

Yes Life call quality is farely good. However, there is no menu button to select account details or settings, please fix it.

just a prepaid user for >1yr now.. voice call sometimes slow but ok - need to be improved but internet speed is awesome

Been experiencing terrible connection. Stated good connection but can't even make call or receive call. Sms people said never received. Paying not cheap and don't know how they charge! Subcribed monthly commitment only RM78 but bill came more than this amount! ?? Is it charges for using extra miles? But as said it is useless! Cannot be used at all!
